About James and the Giant Peach

Roald Dahl’s James and the Giant Peach – A Musical Adventure for the Whole Family

Experience the magic of Roald Dahl’s beloved tale in a fresh, imaginative musical adaptation! With a captivating score by the Tony Award-nominated duo Pasek and Paul (Dear Evan Hansen, The Greatest Showman) and a delightfully whimsical book by Timothy Allen McDonald (Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka, The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley), James and the Giant Peach brings larger-than-life characters, thrilling adventure, and heartfelt storytelling to the stage.

Soon, he embarks on a fantastical journey across the ocean inside the giant fruit, joined by a cast of eccentric, human-sized insect companions. Together, they navigate unexpected challenges—hunger, sharks, and their own differences—learning the power of teamwork, resilience, and friendship along the way.

Bursting with creativity, humor, and unforgettable music, James and the Giant Peach is a dynamic and enchanting theatrical experience. Perfect for performers of all ages, this imaginative adaptation invites audiences into a world where adventure knows no bounds.
