The Incubator: "Divinity Amongst the Sea" and "I Have No Idea Why I'm Here" Cast

Queen Harris is a Theatre Arts Senior. She had been characters in other productions: Jane Doe (Ride the Cyclone); Rachel (Love Tap by Anaya Imani); Person B; Stuff; Strength (Everybody); Little Sister (DDD directed by Kiana Thomas); News Reporter (Stuck at Home in 2020); and Katie (Ten Actors In Search Of A Cell Phone). She is excited to be in a production written by fellow BSU students.

Keisha Brown is a senior theatre major at Bowie State University. Ms. Brown’s production credits include Flyin’ West; Medea (Assistant Stage Manager); Buy Black! (Lighting Designer/Crew); Fabulation (stage management team). She also appeared several student films including Moe’s Pizza, Insane, Who Killed Mr. Matthews?, Shutter, Novella H.I.V Prevention mini-series, and in a commercial for Target.

Josiah Williams (he/him) is a freshman Theater Arts major with a concentration of acting. This is his second performance at BSU after his debut in Fabulation: Or The Re-Education of Undine. He is excited to be part of this production and continue his work with this amazing team.

LaShay Fletcher is a Junior acting/directing theatre major. Her training includes concert band, marching band, choir, dance, and theatre. HS Credits: Cinderella (Evil Stepmother); Schoolhouse Rock Live! Junior (Dina); The Odd Couple (Mickey); Fight Over Fuschia (Cara-Sue); All Together Now! (Lead Singer); Murder May I? (Janet). This performance will be her second show at Bowie State University, following Ride the Cyclone (Understudy) 2024. She is excited to be involved in such an immersive and student-created play

Danielle Russell is a freshman theatre major with a concentration in acting/ directing. She's excited to continue developing her acting skills as she grows in this program. Suitland High School Credits: Romeo and Juliet (Lady Capulet); Othello (Montano); Museum for Colored Girls (Harriet Tubman); Escape from the Cyber Verse! (Roni); Night at Colored Museum (Kelly).

Skylar Vincent is a Black actress at Bowie State University in her sophomore year. Skylar’s work consists of training at Denzel Washington School of the Arts in Mount Vernon, NY performing as ensemble in productions The Wiz and The Lion King Jr. Skylar also studied ballet, modern, jazz, and hip hop at Mind Builders Creative Arts Center in Bronx, NY. At Bowie State University, Skylar continues working towards a career in the arts.

Chayley Williams is a sophomore major with a concentration in acting/ directing. Chayley is making her debut in BSU Theater is Divinity Amongst the Sea. Her credits include musicals such as Peter Pan Jr., Music Man Jr., Annie Jr., Shrek Jr. (Once Upon a Time Players); Seussical (GTMS). She also trained in acting, singing, and dance at Atlantic County Institute of Technology. Chayley is excited to be a part of this program and many more.

Landon Bloodman is a freshman at Bowie State University, earning his B.S. in Theatre Arts with an Acting/Directing concentration. He is currently serving as an understudy as Clay and Bird in “I Have No Idea Why I’m Here.”
