Rebecca Salgado (Director/Choreographer) is absolutely overjoyed to be a directing her fourth musical with BMSDC! When Mrs. Salgado isn’t working at BMS as the chorus and general music teacher, she is a cantor and accompanist at St. John the Evangelist Church in Pocasset. Mrs. Salgado is a proud member of both the Screen Actors' Guild and the Actors' Equity Association and she performed in her first professional show when she was in high school. In 2012, she qualified and competed in Miss Connecticut Pageant through the Miss America Organization, placing in the Top 10. She would like to thank Ms. Boisclair, Jay Gary, Michelle Laflamme, and all the theatre parents who have been so generous with their time and efforts to make this production a true success! She would also like to thank her family, her incredible husband, Joe, and her sweet babies Rio & Bianca for all of their love and support!  To the entire staff, cast, and crew - Break a leg! Keri Boisclair has been a Theater teacher for 17 years, and this is her first year teaching in Bourne.  She is so happy to be a part of the Bourne Public schools, and is very thankful to Mrs Salgado for inviting her to help with Matilda this year.  In her free time, Ms. Boisclair loves to sing, act, play volleyball, and spend time with her dog Larry and her cat Jake!  

Jay is in the 10th grade at Bourne High School. His BHS Drama credits include: Cinderella (assistant sound tech), Alice in Wonderland (lead sound technician), You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Schroeder), Charlotte's Web (Templeton), and A Midsummer Night's Dream (Francis Flute); BMSDC credits include: Wizard of Oz (Winkie Leader/Ozian Ensemble), Seussical Jr. (Who Ensemble), and Cinderella (Herald); Dramafun credits: Frozen Jr. (Hans). Jay has been a chorus and band student since grade 5 and was a founding member of BMS Select Choir. He studies trumpet, piano, and vocals at Steeple Street Music Academy. Jay thanks his family for their never-ending support and Mrs. Salgado for this tremendous opportunity!

Michelle Laflamme (Bourne Middle School Drama Club Secretary) is proud to be working with BMSDC again after facilitating administrative duties behind the scenes for "The Wizard of Oz" production in 2019. She has previously played the role of Humpty Dumpty in a 4th grade play at Indian Brook Elementary School. Michelle was enrolled at Cedarville Dance Academy (Jazz, Tap, and Ballet) and attended multiple dance competitions in New York City in the 80’s.
