About Dylan Salfer Band

The Dylan Salfer Band is a dynamic six-piece group from Minneapolis, led by guitarist and vocalist Dylan Salfer. Raised in the blues, Dylan cut his teeth playing alongside legends like Buddy Guy, Bobby Whitlock, James Cotton, and Bernard Allison.

Driven by a vision to unite top-tier musicians, Dylan assembled a powerhouse band featuring saxophone, bass, keys, and not one—but two drummers. Known for emotionally charged, high-energy live performances, they’ve quickly emerged as one of the most exciting new acts on the scene. Their fresh take on traditional blues is setting the stage for national recognition.

Testimonials
“The first time Dylan did a show with CoCo & I, he had the entire audience on their feet, hands in the air with one of his solos. I’ll never forget that!”
— Bobby Whitlock

“I know the future of music is in safe hands when I hear a young guitar player like Dylan.”
— Buddy Guy

“Dylan is a very special and outstanding musician. I haven’t heard a guitar player as special as him since working with Duane Allman & Eric Clapton. Ever since the first video I saw, I knew he was real and had a truly unique sound. Dylan has his own voice and is distinct on the instrument.”
— Bobby Whitlock

“My dad Luther trusted me to carry on his legacy & music, and I’m passing it on to the next generation. That is Dylan. He’s got a bright future ahead. Watch out for him!”
— Bernard Allison

“This young fella is absolutely one of the baddest musicians on the planet. Dylan Salfer is the truth!”
— Jellybean Johnson (Morris Day & The Time)

“I was blown away the first time I heard this 15-year-old play and sing. He’s got soul and truly understands the blues. I can’t wait to see where it will take him.”
