About Willy Wonka Jr.

Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka JR. follows enigmatic candy manufacturer Willy Wonka as he stages a contest by hiding golden tickets in five of his scrumptious candy bars. Whomever comes up with these tickets will win a free tour of the Wonka factory, as well as a lifetime supply of candy. Four of the five winning children are insufferable brats, but the fifth is a likeable young lad named Charlie Bucket, who takes the tour in the company of his equally amiable grandfather. The children must learn to follow Mr. Wonka's rules in the factory — or suffer the consequences.

Blazer Theatre

Ridge View High School's Blazer Theatre exists for the sole purpose of educating young minds and allowing a space for them to be themselves while they explore new characters. Mrs. Jamie Windham is the educator and director of the program, but the program could not exist or thrive without the support of Dr. Mack-Foxworth and the rest of the Ridge View Administration, Dr. Wendy Campbell, Dr. Baron Davis, The Richland School District 2 Board, the Ridge View Family, the entire community, and of course the students. Theatre and the arts serve a greater purpose in our world and community and this program has all of you to thank for our part in it.
