BNI Drama Presents: Little Women Cast

Yunalesca Alvarez (Clarissa)
Yuna is so thrilled to be playing Clarissa in Bishop Noll’s production of Little Women!!! In the fall, you may have seen her as Judy in Leaving Iowa, and in her freshman year, Alice in Matilda! In her free time, Yuna likes to collect Pokémon cards, catch up on the tons of books she’s bought, and take naps with her cats, Pumpkin and Eevee. She loves to listen to music and collect vinyl as well. Yuna would like to thank Miss. Wragg and Mr. Flaig for trusting her with this role and giving her the opportunity to be on stage with all of these wonderful people for some the first and some last time. Yuna would also like to thank her friends, family, Iris, and Aya for supporting her, pushing her to get out of her comfort zone, and making her try her hardest. With all that said, please enjoy this operatic tragedy!
Jack Culver (Knight)
Jack is ecstatic to be playing The Knight in Bishop Noll’s production of Little Women. Previously, Jack has been a part of Bishop Noll’s Leaving Iowa as Don Browning, as well as St. John Bosco’s production of A Bag Of Fables as various characters. Jack is overjoyed for this show, as he very much enjoys “Little Women” and is excited for the audience to experience the story. In his free time, Jack likes to listen to music and draw. He is very grateful to be here and would like to thank everyone who has helped him throughout. Enjoy the show!
Semaj Davis (Mr. Laurence)
Semaj is very excited to be playing Mr. Laurence in Little Women. He has never been in any type of play or musical, including the crew as well. His experience has been very fun, and everyone is so encouraging, welcoming, and nice. When he went to auditions, he did not think he would even be able to be in the cast or crew, but to his surprise, he made it in the actual cast. Not only is he in the cast, but he is one of the main characters. Besides theatre you might see him on the basketball court, in the weight room, on the baseball field, or the football field. In his free time, he loves to hang out with friends and play video games. He would love to thank his mom, friends, director, and assistant director for being so supportive. Ava Dellano (Amy March)
Ava Dellano is thrilled to be playing Amy March in this year's production of "Little Women." A sophomore with a passion for both academics and the arts, Ava strives to achieve high grades while dedicating time to her love of acting. In Ava’s free time she loves to hang out with her friends, go shopping, read, and do her makeup. She loves summer and enjoys the warm outside weather. Her lively spirit makes her a fun person to be around. All glory to God, Philippians 4:13 <3
Bradley Dorsey (John Brooke)
Bradley Dorsey is a senior this year, and this is his 4th show. He so happy to be cast in another musical. He loves to sing and dance and he is excited to be able to work everyday to get better at both so he can continue to do theater in the future. Bradley hopes to go to school for theater, so he hopes that this will not be his last performance, but he is taking in all the small moments and enjoying his last high school show. He wants to thank all the people that have supported him and helped him grow as a person and as a performer these past 3 years. From his mom and dad, to Mrs K. and to Ms. Wragg and Mr. Flaig. He hopes to make so many memories and make this last performance the most fun.
Giomara Fornes (Troll/Female Swing)
Giomara is thrilled to be a part of the play as the Troll. She previously has no experience in acting in plays and musicals, so she was shocked to know she was cast. She has taken acting classes with her sister Xiomara at Babes ‘n Beaus Talent Agency near Rosemont, Illinois. she was coached by actor Devaughn Nixon, which was truly an honor for her. Often times you can find her watching YouTube or exercising her voice. She practices guitar, and LOVES Ariana Grande. Her favorite musicals are “Wicked,” “Ride the Cyclone,” and now, “Little Women!” She wants to thank her family and friends, for pushing her to do what she loves the most.
Xiomara Fornes (Beth March)
Xiomara is honored to be playing Beth March in BNI’s production of Little Women. She is currently a Freshman, and is ecstatic that this is her first performance at Bishop Noll. She used to take acting classes near Rosemont, Illinois, and is happy that she can finally put her experience there to good use! In her very little spare time, she crochets, plays guitar, reads, and re-enacts musicals in her bedroom. She is also a service club representative, and enjoys singing in choir. She loves listening to BLACKPINK, Fiona Apple, and The Sundays. She would like to thank her friends, and her castmates for their support, and a big special thanks to her parents, grandparents, and siblings for their encouragement!
Lizbeth Gonzalez (Roderigo II)
Noah Hahn (Braxton Prendergast)
Noah is excited to be playing Braxton in BNI’s Spring musical, Little Women. After playing Wayne in the last play, Leaving Iowa, he’s glad to be back, and is ready to do a little singing this time. Other than his theater roles, he figure skates and is part of the Chinese Honors Society. In his free time, you might see him outside playing basketball or doing some coding at home. He’d like to give a big thanks to all of you for supporting the show. As always, we hope you have fun and enjoy the show!
Taylor Holland (Mrs. Kirk)
Taylor is delighted to be a part of Little Women! You may know her from past BNI productions such as Little Shop of Horrors, The Play that Goes Wrong, Matilda, and even Leaving Iowa when she was on Spotlight! Outside of Drama Taylor loves reading, writing, crocheting, and really anything creative! She would love to use this as an opportunity to thank her wonderful cast mates, the wonderful directors, and her Dad for always being there to support her! Finally she wants to honor her mother Joanna Holland who passed on Christmas, she was a wonderful woman and a wonderful mother. Taylor will give her all on stage not only for her mom, but for all of you as well! Thank you and I hope you enjoy the show!
Aniyah Joseph (Marmee)
Aniyah is so happy to be playing Marmee, the mother of four amazing girls, in Little Women. She has been a part of previous performances such as The Play That Goes Wrong, Leaving Iowa, and Matilda. Apart from theater, Aniyah’s a busy bee, but theater has always had a special place in her heart. She loves to dance and socialize! She says, thank you to everyone who’s encouraged her and believed in her. She hopes you enjoy Little Women!
Maximus Kubon (Professor Bhaer)
Maximus is extremely excited to be playing Professor Bhaer in Bishop Noll’s production of Little Women. You may have seen Max before on the football field or in the swimming pool. You may have even seen him working tech for the Towle Theatre in Hammond. This is his first performance ever, but he cannot wait to be on stage. In his free time he loves to listen to music and play guitar. He would love to thank all of his family and friends for always being there and supporting him in every decision. He hopes to see you there!
Aaliyah Lewis (Aunt March)
Aaliyah is so excited to be playing Aunt March in BNI’s Theater production of Little Women. You may have previously seen her in Leaving Iowa as Kerry Terri and Matilda as a big/little kid. She has been part of the drama club since freshman year and this is her third year being a part of this club. In her free time she likes doing all kinds of art, watching dramas, and listening to K-pop. She is very nervous to speak, sing, and portray such a strict character, but most of all she is very happy and excited about this role. She would like to thank Ms. Wragg, Mr. Flaig, Mr. Herr, and all of the cast and crew of Little Women for being such supportive people and making every rehearsal such a warm, welcoming, and safe place for everyone.
Alexandra Magallanes (Meg March)
Alexandra is super excited to be playing Meg March in Bishop Noll’s upcoming production of Little Women. While this is her first time acting in a production, she is no stranger to the stage. Having experience performing with her band, Silent Lamb, and playing shows throughout The Region, Alex is ready to apply her skills in this new, extraordinary show. Like Meg, Alex is a true romantic. Outside of the theater, you can find her writing sullen poems in her little red journal, reading a magazine on girl groups of the 1960s, or softly humming a sweet melody. She is grateful for the opportunity Little Women has given her to grow in music and perform, and she can not wait for you to come see it on April 10th through the 13th. See you then!
Jhoan Perez Pravia (Roderigo/Male Swing)
Jhoan is elated to be part of the spring production, Little Women. He participated and interpreted Lieutenant Dan Meechum in the previous fall production Leaving Iowa. Jhoan was also involved in the one-act production "The Merman on Deck C" last spring where he brought to life the character of Huey. He is excited to be able to share this beautiful story with everyone and is eager to learn more about what it means to be an actor. This is his third role in a theatrical production. He is profoundly grateful to everyone who has been and is helping him through this new journey of acting! Outside of Drama Club, Jhoan is involved in multiple clubs and Bishop Noll organizations such as Speech and Debate, Speech and Debate Honor Society, Hispanic Student Union, Student Ambassadors, Student Council, Service Club, Campus Ministry, Choir, Academic Super Bowl Team, Biology Club, Business Honor Society, and he plays the flute in the BNI marching and concert band.
Catherine Ralphson (Hag)
Catherine Ralphson is most jubilant to be bringing Little Women to life. She is 16 years old and a sophomore. This is her second year being involved in Drama Club, where she serves as the Social Media and Marketing Manager. in her high school acting debut, she played Miss Trunchbull in the production of Matilda. before high school, she was the Wizard in the Wizard of Oz at the Beverly Arts Center and performed in Mother McAuley High School's summer production of Newsies. When she's not involved in a show, she enjoys taking classes and attending camps at the Beverly Arts Center in Chicago and Munster's Theater at the Center. in the summer, she is a pieroguette at Pierogi Fest. Besides theater, she is on the BNI volleyball team. She is also a member of the Speech Team, a campus ministry leader, a student ambassador, and is involved in the Yoga Club, Biology Club, Women's Empowerment, and the Hispanic Student Union. She is a part of Student Council, a competitive equestrian, and enjoys ice and roller skating. She loves to listen to music, travel, play with her pets, and spend time with her friends. Catherine would like to thank God, her family and friends, the directors of the show, and her fellow cast and crew members. She would also like to give special thanks to her mother, who always supports and encourages her to be the best version of herself. She hopes everyone enjoys the show as much as she does.
Giovanni Trejo (Theodore "Laurie" Laurence)
Gio is very excited to be playing Laurie in the 2025 spring musical “Little Women.” This will be his second performance in the Bishop Noll Drama Club, his first being Jack Singer in the 2024 fall play “Leaving Iowa.” He’s worked really hard to improve his singing/acting skills, and is ready to impress. In his free time, Gio loves to hoop and spend a lot of time at the YMCA. He would like to thank the directors Ms Wragg and Mr Flaig for the opportunities they’ve given him in this club. That being said, come and watch this amazing show!!!
Maisie Wragg (Jo March)
Maisie Wragg is most jubilant to be a part of Bishop Noll’s production of Little Women. She is a senior, so this will be her last production at BNI. She has been involved in theatre for her whole high school career, and it is extremely difficult for her to leave. She’s been given the honor of being the Vice President and Co-Dance Captain of the drama club for the 2024-2025 school year. Previously at BNI, she has played Mom in Leaving Iowa; Miss Honey in Matilda; Denise/Perkins in The Play That Goes Wrong; Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors; Euterpe and Young Kira in Xanadu; and the Skeleton Leader in She Kills Monsters. She has acted and been a part of crew for BNI One Acts. Outside of BNI, she played Duffy in Annie the Musical at Genesius Guild and Marcie in You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown at LCTG. Outside of theater, Maisie is also a member of Student Ambassadors, Yoga and Meditation club, Biology Club, Choir, and she is president of the Chinese club. She was a competitive Irish Dancer for 15 years. In her free time, she enjoys playing piano, singing, reading fictional novels, watching Asian dramas, and listening to music of all different genres. She would like to give a very special thanks to her family and friends for always being so loving snd supportive, and Miss Wragg, Mr. Herr, and Mr. Flaig for all of their hard work, dedication, time, effort, and care that they put into this production and everyone involved.
