About The Crucible

“The Crucible”, Arthur Miller's timeless classic, has been a staple throughout all of American theater. This play wrestles with the universal effects of power, fear, and cancel culture that is prevalent still today.

The Crucible is originally set in 1692 in Salem, Massachusetts. BCA’s rendition of this show is set in the post-apocalyptic year of 2080 when a series of cataclysmic events plunge the world back into the dark ages.

It is a provocative masterpiece revealing and bringing new insight into the human condition and our need for redemption. This show will leave you feeling inspired and on the edge of your seat. For audiences ages 15+.

Bethel Conservatory of the Arts / Visible Music College

Bethel Conservatory of the Arts exists to train and equip professional actors, dancers, filmmakers, music composers and screenwriters through fully accredited programs. We envision a generation of creative revivalists who know their identity in Christ, perform in the Presence and release the kingdom of God in the Entertainment Industry.

At BCA, two of our core values are to explore both the Kingdom and humanity.  The world and Scripture are filled with characters who are messy and broken. Our aim is never to glorify sin, but, often the stories we tell will show the lost making mistakes. We won’t always get that balance right, but we are committed to trying our best, and to taking creative risks.
