A Christmas Carol Cast

This is Sandy Al Ayach's second production with the BHSDC. She is a current 7th grade student at Barnstable Intermediate School. Sandy's first time with the BHSDC was in "The Little Mermaid" last March.

Tristen Alper - is a hardworking 7th grader at BIS. He has performed recently as Tommy in Matilda (CCftA), Mike Teavee in Willy Wonka (FTG), The Artful Dodger in Oliver! (APA), Brat in Whistle Down The Wind (FTG), and most recently, Pugsley in The Addams Family (FTG). Tristen would like to thank the cast, crew, and his family for all the support.

Jayden is a 10th grade student at BHS and this is his second year with the drama club. Jayden is a part of the backstage run crew and he enjoys building the sets and props and working on anything that needs to be fixed. Outside of drama, Jayden likes to fish, bike, play video games and go to the gym with his friends. Before joining drama club, he would work with his grandpa fixing and painting houses, so being on the crew is a great fit! Jayden would like to give a shoutout to his two sisters!

Mel is an 8th grader at BHS and this is their first year of BHSDC. In 6th grade, Mel auditioned for Honk Jr. with the BIS drama club and got a singing solo. Mel has been doing chorus since 4th grade. In 6th grade, Mel sang alto, but in 7th grade they tried out for tenor and had a solo in the spring concert.

Ella is a 9 year old 3rd grader who is an avid reader. She is currently enjoying reading the Harry Potter book collection. She has a kind and caring heart and always wishes to include everyone. When she isn’t hanging out with her friends, who she loves more than pizza, she enjoys music, loves dancing and sneaking into her mom’s makeup box! She has an extreme affection for kitty cats but loves all animals. Even ants, that her mom isn’t allowed to kill.

Matthew is a Senior at Barnstable High School and this will be the eighth BHSDC production that he has been a part of. This year, Matthew also serves as the BHSDC co-president along with Audrey Gonzalez. He most recently was Scuttle in The Little Mermaid, Kevin G in Mean Girls, and Race in Newsies. He is so excited to star in A Christmas Carol as Ebenezer Scrooge. This is his first starring role and he is so excited for everyone to see all the hard work that he and the cast has put into this show.

Parker is a third grader at West Villages. Last spring's BHSDC production of "The Little Mermaid" was his first time acting and he loved it! It was a great experience. Parker met many new friends and had so much fun at the rehearsals and backstage. Aside from theatre, Parker also enjoys playing baseball, riding 4 wheelers, iPad games and spending time with his family and friends. He hopes everyone enjoys the show!

Eliza is a tenth grader in her third year with the BHSDC. She is currently the drama club treasurer and the community outreach liaison of the Class of 2028. When not participating in drama club, she enjoys volunteering and working on learning Spanish. Eliza is excited for both shows this year!

Alayea Byrd is a 3rd grade student at Hyannis West Elementary. Alayea has taken theater classes at Cape Cod theater company for the past two years. She also has done ballet and currently is learning tap and jazz. Alayea loves to sing and dance and is always looking to try new things. Alayea was in the BHSDC production of The Little Mermaid last March and is excited to be a part of this production.

Addy is an adventurous and fun loving 8 year-old third grade student at West Villages Elementary School. This is her first play, and she is so excited to be in it with her friends!

Last year, John was part of the run crew for the BHSDC production of The Little Mermaid. It was an experience he doesn’t think he'll ever forget. This year, John decided to audition for A Christmas Carol and was cast in two roles! John is excited to show everyone this production and hopes you enjoy the show!

Izabela is a junior at Barnstable High School. This is her fifth show with the Drama club, previously being in Shrek:The Musical, Mary Poppins, Mean Girls, and The Little Mermaid. She loves spending time with her family and hanging out with friends, and she loves watching movies with her dog. Izabela loves listening to music, singing, and playing her piano keyboard during her free time.

Delilah is a senior at Barnstable High School, and she has performed in six shows thus far with the BHSDC. She is also the co-vice president, along with Josie Jordan. Her previous roles include Fairy Godmother in Shrek: The Musical, Leaf's Mother in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, The Bird Woman in Mary Poppins, Sniper in Newsies, Dawn Schweitzer in Mean Girls: The Musical, and Ursula in The Little Mermaid. Delilah has loved theatre for as long as she can remember, and she is incredibly grateful to continue to be on the stage today. In her free time, Delilah reads, writes, bakes, and watches copious amounts of reality television. She wants to thank her family and her friends, as well as give a huge thank you to Mrs. Barth, Mrs. Salgado, and Mrs. Basco, for their continuous hard work and effort in making this show absolutely amazing. She can't wait for you all to see!

Livia is a current freshman at Barnstable High School. This is Livia’s second production with the BHSDC, with The Little Mermaid being her first. Drama club has become her new passion, since it allows her to express herself and allows her to create a new and welcoming family. She has also been part of the BHS Chorus for 2 years now. During her free time, she enjoys dancing around, belting out songs, reading and writing books, and spending time with her cat, Tuna. She can’t express how grateful she is to be a part of the production, and she hopes everyone else — either the cast, the crew, or anyone coming to watch — enjoys this show just as much as she does.

Kathryn is an 8th grader at Barnstable High School. This is Kathryn's second BHSDC production after being a part of A Little Mermaid last spring, and she has prior theater experience with BIS Drama Club as well as the Cape Cod Theatre Company. She was previously cast as 'Belinda Cratchit' in 2023 in Harwich, so she is excited to take on the role again.

Thomas is a 3rd grader at Barnstable Community Innovation School. He is new to theater and this is his first BHSDC show. He is excited to make his theatrical debut as 'Young Scrooge'.

Charlotte Finnemore is a 5th grader at BUES. This is her first speaking role in a BHSDC production and she is very excited! Charlotte was part of the ensemble in BHSDC’s Newsies and The Little Mermaid. This summer she performed as Chlo-eh, a Snark, in Ed O’Toole’s production of “Wet Side Story” at Cotuit Center for the Arts. When she isn’t onstage, Char loves sewing class, fashion, and all types of art. She plays golf in the Jr. PGA, and enjoys field hockey and volleyball. Char would like to thank her friends and family for all their love and support. A special thank you to Mrs. Barth for giving her the opportunity to play Fan!

This is Arianna's first year in the BHS drama club and she is so excited to be a part of the show. She is an 8th grader, she speaks Portuguese, English, and is learning Spanish. Arianna was very nervous to join Drama club, but one day she opened her bible and read Deuteronomy 31:6: "Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you". And now she tries her best to not be afraid of the things that come her way.

Anna is a junior and this is her first year in the BHS Drama Club! She has always wanted to be in drama club since 8th grade but had a very busy schedule and was never able to join. However, her friends in drama club have helped her join this year! Anna has always dreamed of at least being in a show. As a life-long Barnstable student, she is very excited for drama club this year!

Elizabeth is a junior here at Barnstable High School and this is her fifth year with the BHSDC. In past shows she has been on the stage and has played Caroline Krafft in “Mean Girls”, Ike in “Newsies”, ensemble in “Mary Poppins”, and a Duloc performer in “Shrek: The Musical”. Elizabeth also did stage crew for “A Haunting We Will Go”, and sound crew for “The Little Mermaid”. Elizabeth’s love for theater started when she attended The Hudson Valley Conservatory in elementary school. She has always had a love for music and plays the flute and piccolo in the BHS Band. Elizabeth is so excited for this show and she hopes you enjoy A Christmas Carol!!

Lincoln Gonnella, is proud to be a part of A Christmas Carol. He lives in Marstons Mills and attends West Villages Elementary School as a second grader. This is Lincoln's very first theater performance. He also plays hockey through Barnstable Youth Hockey Association, takes piano lessons at House of Jam Music, and plays baseball through Barnstable Little League. Lincoln would like to thank his family for their love and support as well as Barnstable High School for the unforgettable opportunity.

Audrey is a senior at BHS and this will be her fifth year with the BHSDC. She is co-president of the club with Matt Brancaccio, and the head stage manager. She is super excited to be stage managing A Christmas Carol, and can't wait for you to see it!

Ernest Silver Incles is a 7th grader at Barnstable Intermediate school. This is Ernest’s 2nd BHSDC production and he is loving every minute of it. When Ernest isn’t on stage he is sketching in his sketch book, wailing on saxophone, or playing D&D or video games. He loves singing and dancing around the house with a top hat and a cane. Ernest is looking forward to being apart of BHSDC for years to come.

Josie is a senior at Barnstable High School.

Aubrey is a third grader at West Villages Elementary school and is very excited to join the BHS Drama Club in A Christmas Carol for her first production. Aubrey takes ballet at Beth Walsh and is in her fifth year. When she is not in school or dance she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, drawing, reading, and playing Roblox. Aubrey thanks all her family and friends for coming to see her perform.

Summer is a sophomore at Barnstable High School. She’s a proud member of Marching Band, Drumline, and Drama Club! She is also one of her class officers (Treasurer). Summer has been part of five BHS drama club productions: Shrek, Mary Poppins, Newsies, Mean Girls, and The Little Mermaid. Luckily she never knows when to quit, because she's now been in the Drama Club for five years and counting! She loves to dance on stage with her best friend Eamon and she can't wait for Mamma Mia in the spring.

Maryn is a 1st grader at West Villages Elementary. She is very excited to have the opportunity to perform it the BHSDC production of “A Christmas Carol”. She has previously performed in her school’s Kindergarten performance of “The Tricky Words Musical” and most recently “Elephant and Piggie’s We are in a Play” at Cotuit Center for the Arts. She is currently taking a creative drama and dance class at “Dramafun”with her sister. Maryn loves singing and dancing, arts and crafts, playing soccer and sailing.

Morgan is currently in 3rd grade at West Villages Elementary. She is looking forward to appearing in the BHSDC production of “A Christmas Carol”. She has previously performed in her school’s Kindergarten rendition of “The Mitten Musical”. Morgan recently discovered a love for acting and performing in the Cotuit Center for the Arts rendition of “Elephant and Piggie’s We are in a Play” and is currently taking a Creative Drama and Dance class at “Dramafun”. She also loves drawing and crafting, playing soccer, sailing, teaching herself ukulele at home and is the ultimate “Swiftie”!

Aberle Norton is a Junior at Barnstable High School. This is her fifth show with the BHSDC, and second year as the drama club’s Historian. Aberle has been a part of Mary Poppins, Newsies, Mean Girls, and The Little Mermaid with the drama club! She is part of the BHS Chorus, String Orchestra, and Theater Production classes. Aberle has been a voice student at house of jam for 7 years, and has studied theater at Cotuit Center for 6 years. She has also done improv classes with Harwich Junior Theater. Aberle was in The Wizard of Oz in 2019, with Cotuit Center for the Arts, and Cape Symphony. She loves being a part of this drama club, and is so excited for you to see the show!

Clara Nunes is a 17 year old student at Barnstable High School and has been with the drama club for the past 6 years! She loves acting in school and in the community — some of her previous roles include Luisa in Sound of Music and Little Red in Little Red Riding Hood at the Academy of Performing Arts, as well as Flounder in The Little Mermaid here at BHS last year! She is so thrilled to be apart of this amazing show and cast, and is so grateful to everyone who made this memorable show possible!

Sophia is a freshman at Barnstable High School. She has been doing theater for three years. This is her third show with BHSDC, but fifth show in total. She has been in ‘Mary Poppins’ as Robertson Aye, ‘Into The Woods’ as Little Red, ‘Mean Girls’ as a Northshore Student, ‘The Little Mermaid’ as a maid and sea creature, and is now Wife Caroline, Mother, and Female Guest in this production, ‘A Christmas Carol’. She’s thrilled to be doing yet another show with BHSDC and cannot wait for all of you to see it. She hopes that you enjoy it!

Victoria is a first grade student at Barnstable Community Innovation School. This is her first show and she is so excited to be a part of it. Victoria likes to sing and dance and making new friends.

Pietro Ramos is an 8th grade student here at Barnstable High School. This is his third time playing with the BHSDC (Sometimes with the pit and on stage) and he is really excited to be joining BHSDC and what is coming later on! Outside of school he plays with the Cape Symphony Youth Orchestra. He hopes you enjoy A Christmas Carol and all the music, presented by the Barnstable High School Drama Club.

Layla Ribot is a junior at Barnstable High School. A Christmas Carol will be her sixth production with the BHSDC. Layla previously was in Mary Poppins, A-Haunting We Will Go, Newsies, Mean Girls, and The Little Mermaid. Layla fell in love with the fun aspect of working amongst wonderful actors, singers, and dancers. Layla has always enjoyed singing, but never thought about acting until joining drama club. She is so excited to be part of a strong, friendly community and to gain more experience for more wonderful performances soon to come.

Mikey is a sophomore at Barnstable High School and this is his second production with the BHSDC. Mikey has performed as the Pilot in the previous musical of The Little Mermaid and is excited to perform in this fall's play A Christmas Carol as Fred and The Undertaker's Man. He has been playing in the barnstable orchestra for 4 years now. He has also done vocal jazz, chorus, and played the flute in a band. In his free time Mikey likes to sing and create music. He is striving to go into a career of singing and acting and hopes that these experiences will teach him more about the industry. He hopes you all enjoy the performance.

Vivian is a first-year theater student and a fourth grader at Barnstable United Elementary School. She brings her passion for dance and singing to the BHSDC. With a background in movement and performance, she is excited to bring energy and creativity to the stage. When off stage, Vivian is learning to play the flute or perfecting her dolphin swim technique.

Addie is a freshman at BHS and this is their fourth play for the district. In previous years, they’ve worked in “The Little Mermaid”, “Mean Girls”, and “HONK jr.”, “Mean Girls” being their favorite so far, though they say “A Christmas Carol” might take its place.

Ryleigh is a freshman at Barnstable High School. This is her first year with BHSDC. She is the section lead for clarinets in the concert, pep and marching bands. Ryleigh is excited for you to see the show!

Eamon is a sophomore at Barnstable High School. He debuted his BHS drama club career working in the crew of The Little Mermaid. He is very excited to dance with his best friend Summer on stage and he can't wait any longer for the Mamma Mia season.

Avery Storie is a sophomore at BHS and is thrilled to be in her third production at Barnstable! Previously, she has done Shrek and The Little Mermaid. Avery enjoys the arts which plays a major role in her life. Her favorite theatricals are Chicago and Ride The Cyclone. She is beyond excited for you to see our amazing production of A Christmas Carol!

Nariah is a senior at Barnstable High School this year, and this will be her 7th production in the BHS Drama Club. She is also the secretary of the BHSDC! Nariah is so excited to be portraying the roles of Mrs.Cratchit, a caroller, and the Charwoman in the BHSDC Production of A Christmas Carol! She can't wait for everyone to come see all the hard work the Drama club has put into this show!

Xavi Villejo is a junior at Barnstable High School. Recent Credits include The Addams Family (as Lucas Beineke) at Falmouth Theater Guild, Newsies (as Mr. Synder), The Little Mermaid (as Sebastian) at Barnstable High and The Little Mermaid (as Prince Eric) at Harwich Junior Theater. He is ecstatic to perform on the Barnstable stage in his third BHSDC production and hopes you all enjoy the show!

Sammy is an 11-year-old 6th grader at BIS. She is so happy to be part of A Christmas Carol. This is her 3rd performance with BHSDC. She was also in the BHSDC productions of Newsies and The Little Mermaid. Sammy likes to make new friends, along with doing sports and helping out with others. She is a very friendly and welcoming person. She also loves to play with her three cats, Luna, Spicy and Bruno. Sam loves drawing and draws any time she can. In newsies, Sam played a junior newsie, and in Little Mermaid she played Windward, and a couple of other background characters. A Christmas Carol will be an exciting and unforgettable play and will hope to make people smile!.
