A-Haunting We Will Go Cast

Michael Adams (Face at Window)
Michael is a senior in the BHSDC. He joined last year and did stage crew for Mary Poppins. This year, he's trying out acting, and hoping to have a lot of fun while doing it!
Jack Bertling (Crew - Stage Manager)
Jack is a junior at BHS, and the head stage manager of A-Haunting We Will Go. This is his 3rd performance with the BHSDC in recent years, being a part of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Mary Poppins. Jack’s favorite holiday is Halloween, so he hopes everyone enjoys this eerie show!
Matthew Brancaccio (Harold Clanton)
Matthew is a sophomore at Barnstable High School and this is his fourth BHSDC production. He was recently in Mary Poppins and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, where he had loads of fun playing William Barfee. Matthew can't wait to have just as much fun performing as Clanton in A-Haunting We Will Go. Matthew hopes you enjoy the show and have just as much fun watching it as the cast and crew do putting it on!
Maddy Brown (Julie Hallahan)
Maddy Brown is 17 and a senior at Barnstable High School and she is one of the Co-Vice Presidents of BHSDC this year. A-Haunting We Will Go is her fourth show with the Barnstable High School Drama Club, the first being Shrek, where she was cast as Humpty Dumpty, and second being the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, where she was cast as Vice Principal Panch. Also, most recently, the production of Mary Poppins where she played Winifred Banks. She is very excited to show her take on the role of Julie and hopes to create an entertaining and, hopefully, frightening performance for the audience. Maddy has been part of a few small singing and acting groups such as Rockapella in middle school and an acting class at Massachusetts Maritime Academy. She is excited to share the stage with her longest friend Olivia Thompson and a few more of her very close friends such as Laik O’Reilly and Lucy Sherman. She hopes you enjoy the show and return for many other productions!
Triniece Clegg (Madam Lugosi)
Triniece is a sixteen year old (nearly 17!) junior at Barnstable High School. A-Haunting We Will Go will be her second production with the BHSDC! She is so excited to be working with so many kind and talented people. Performing has always been something that she enjoys doing, even though every time it does get nerve racking, she always has the best time! BHS Drama Club is such a wonderful and welcoming community and Triniece is so grateful for being a part of it. She cannot wait to put on a great show for everyone!
Sam Crowley (Crew - Sound )
Sam is a 15 year old sophomore at BHS and this is the fourth show they will do for the BHSDC as tech crew. Sam did the spotlight for “Shrek the Musical” and “Mary Poppins.” They helped out with backstage sound for “The 25th annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” and they are really excited to do sound for “A-Haunting We Will Go.” Sam hopes everyone enjoys the show and has a fantastic time.
Maggie Doherty (Crew - Backstage Run Crew)
Maggie is in her senior year and is the director of publicity for the drama club! They work backstage, painting the sets as well as getting paint on herself in the process as well as anything else that needs to be done. They’ve been in the drama club since their sophomore year and have worked on Shrek, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Mary Poppins. She’s ready for whatever chaos will happen.
Riveren Dubner (Mary Hallahan)
Riveren Dubner has been doing theater since they were 8 years old, staring in plays like Willy Wonka Jr(Charlie Bucket) in middle school and Miracle on 34th Street (Susan Walker) with the Cape Cod Comedy Club. They've also previously been in Shrek the Musical (Gingy) and worked spotlight for Mary Poppins. They have done YOCO for several years as well as other small acting opportunities! They are so excited to be apart of A-Haunting We Will Go as Mary Hallahan and hopes their voice doesn't give out too much before closing night!
Ryan Field (Tom Wilson)
Ryan is a senior and is extremely excited to be playing Tom in his final fall BHSDC performance. Earlier this year Ryan played Bert in “Mary Poppins.” Last year, in the BHSDC Ryan played Donkey in “Shrek : The Musical” and Leaf Coneybear in “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.” This is not Ryan’s first BHSDC production, he first started his journey in third grade during the summer plays. Previously he acted in “The Real Untold Story of Cinderella” “The Frog Prince of Spamalot” “Dracula” “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory Jr” and “Once Upon a Mattress.” He has garnered tons of experience through these roles and is very excited to add “A-Haunting We Will Go!” to his resume.
Audrey Gonzalez (Crew - Backstage Run Crew)
Audrey is a sophomore and this is her fourth show with the BHS drama club. She helps build sets, paint, and is part of the run crew. She can't wait for you to see the show!
Martina Ibarra Suarez (Mysterious Young Woman)
Martina Ibarra Suarez is a 16 year old junior at Barnstable High School and plays the Mysterious Young Woman in this BHSDC production of A-Haunting We Will Go. Martina’s passions are singing and performing and she is very excited, happy, and grateful to be playing the character of the Mysterious Young Woman. Martina has been part of Kids On Broadway here on Cape Cod and she has a YouTube channel in which she posts covers of songs in English and Spanish. Other than that she sings in the Chamber Choir of BHS, she is part of the Vocal Jazz BHS group and she has sung the national anthem for the Cotuit Kettleers Baseball Team. This is Martina’s 3rd show with the BHSDC. Previous productions include: The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee were she played Olive’s Mom and Mary Poppins where she played Mary Poppins. Martina couldn’t be any happier for this awesome opportunity and can’t wait to perform for everyone!
Jack Kullas (Bates)
Jack Kullas is a senior at BHS, with his first ever performance being, "A-Haunting We Will Go." This year, the BHSDC president (Ryan Field) has encouraged him to put his ability to the test and take to the stage this fall. And even though this is just the beginning, he still plans on giving it his all.
Damien McCloy (Moe Phillips)
Damien McCloy is a junior here at Barnstable High School and he is very excited to once again be a part of the BHSDC while taking on the role of Moe Phillips in A-Haunting We Will Go. Previously, Damien played the part of George Banks in Mary Poppins last spring. This is Damien's second year with the drama club and he is very excited and hopes that you are too!

Layla Ribot (Carolyn Penmark)
Layla Ribot is a freshman at Barnstable High School. A-Haunting We Will Go will be her second production in BHSDC. Layla previously was in Mary Poppins out of curiosity of what the drama club had to offer. She soon then fell in love with the kind community and fun aspect that came with working amongst wonderful actors, singers, and dancers. Layla has always enjoyed singing, but never thought about acting until joining drama club. She is so excited to test out her skills and to gain experience for more wonderful performances soon to come!

Jasper Shaw (Crew - Sound )
Jasper is not only a senior at BHS but they are also the Events Planner in the BHSDC. In middle school they played as Mrs. Bucket in “Wonka Jr.” In their junior year they ran sound in “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” and was one of the Dancing Statues as well as the Jack In The Box in “Mary Poppins”. Now running the sound effects in the booth for “A-Haunting We Will Go!”, they are very excited to see how their last two high school productions go.
Marnie Sonnabend (Understudy)
Marnie is an 8th grader at Barnstable High School and new to the BHSDC. Before arriving at BHS, she has played in an unnamed play as a baker, as Willy Wonka in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and as various ensemble roles in Godspell. During her free time, Marnie likes to play hockey and read.
Jordan Thibeau (Crew - Lighting)
Jordan is a junior here at BHS. She is in her third year as a BHSDC member and second year as the BHSDC historian. She spends her school days in the Music Department where she is an Academic Mentor for Concert Chorale, a member of Tri-M Music Honors Society and a student in Piano and Modern Orchestra. This show will be Jordan's fourth with the BHSDC and she would like to thank Mrs. Barth, Mr. Kohler, Ms. Wytrwal, and all the other amazing BHSDC members for fostering her love for theater.
Olivia Thompson (Norma Corwin)
Olivia is a 17 year old senior at Barnstable High School, and a dual enrollment student at Cape Cod Community College. Her most recent roles include Briar Rose in Sleeping Beauty: Briar Rose, an art student/woman in Red Swans, a world premiere, Ziggy in Three Little Birds, a regional premiere, ensemble in the Lightning Thief, Yellow Dragon in Dragons Love Tacos, and Lennox in the Macbeth at Cape Cod Theatre Company. She’s also been in her high school’s productions, most recently as Marcy Park in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Ms. Andrew in Mary Poppins. For the last three years she has acted with the Young Company (YoCo) at Cape Rep Theatre, and is sad this will be her last year. Apart from acting, she enjoys singing, reading and writing, and fashion design. This production has been so fun to work on. Enjoy the show!
Keely Touhey (Ginny Albright)
Keely is a 16 year old junior at Barnstable High School. A-Haunting We Will Go is her fourth show with the BHSDC. Her first show being “Shrek the Musical", when she played the Sugar Plum Fairy, the second when she played the role of Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre in “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” and third, when she played Katie Nanna and Miss Andrew in “Mary Poppins”. Keely is very passionate in anything that involves performing. She participates in extracurricular activities such as Vocal Jazz, Tri-M Music Honors Society, and also is in the BHS Chamber Choir. In the future, she wants to pursue musical theater as a career. She is extremely excited to be playing such an amazing role alongside a caring group of people and would like to thank the wonderful cast, crew and directors for making such a wonderful show possible.
Nariah Turner (Miss Crisp)
Nariah is a 15 year old Sophomore at BHS. This will be her third production with the BHSDC! Her first was "Shrek The Musical", as the Wicked Witch and her second, "Mary Poppins", as Miss Lark! Being a part of the drama club is something she loves. She also likes to sing, draw, read and spend time with her friends and family. She would like to thank everyone who supports the drama club and who is involved and can't wait for everyone to see all of their hard work!!!
