Michael Adams (Backstage Crew)
Michael Adams is a new addition to the BHSDC crew this year. He strives to help as best as he can, where he can to help the show come together. His interests include: theater, music, and singing.
Tristen Alper (Ensemble)
Tristen Alper is a 4th grader at Barnstable United Elementary. He is very excited to be part of the cast of Mary Poppins. This is his first time on stage with the BHSDC. Tristen loves Little League, Ninja @ Forte Fitness, singing, practicing his trumpet, and being with friends. Thank you Mrs. Barth, cast and crew for everything!!!
Valerie Bahr (Pit Musician - Flute/Piccolo)
New to Barnstable this year, Valerie teaches orchestra and music at BIS and BUES. She has been teaching for about 13 years. She has performed in orchestras and in pit orchestras in Connecticut, New York, South Carolina, South Dakota, Iowa, Colorado, and now Massachusetts on both flute and violin She is excited to be playing in the BHSDC Mary Poppins pit for her second show after playing this fall in the BHSDC production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee!
Nicholas Barth (Michael Banks - London Cast)
Nicholas is a 10-year-old, 4th grade student at Barnstable United Elementary School and he is so excited to be back on stage with the BHSDC. Last season, Nicholas made his drama club debut as Young Shrek in Shrek the Musical at BHS, but he is thrilled to be portraying Michael Banks in the Mary Poppins cast this year! When not on the stage, Nicholas loves to play flag football, basketball, baseball, the piano, all kinds of music and most recently, the French Horn. Nicholas would like to thank the amazing cast and crew of Mary Poppins and everyone for coming to see the show!
Jack Bertling (Stage Manager)
Jack is a sophomore at BHS, and is excited to be a part of the Mary Poppins production crew! This is his first big show, having previously been a stage manager of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Jack is so thankful for all the new friends he's made since joining BHSDC in fall, and can't wait for everyone to see the hard work being put into Mary Poppins.
Queue Borden (Police Officer & Von Hussler)
Queue is a sophomore in their second year acting in the Barnstable High School Drama Club. They're very excited to be in Mary Poppins, and they hope to go to college for theatre in the future.
Tom Borning (Pit Musician - Trumpet 1)
Tom Borning has been a music educator for 26 years, 25 of them in Falmouth. Tom is a graduate of Barnstable High School and has a Masters degree in Music Education from UMASS Amherst. Currently Mr Borning is the conductor of both the Falmouth Town Band and Cape Cod Concert Band.
Matthew Brancaccio (George Banks - London Cast)
Matthew is a freshman at Barnstable High School and is excited to be in his third BHSDC production. His past appearances have been in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and Shrek the Musical. Matthew is so excited to show you his take on Mr. Banks and he cannot wait to show all of the hard work everyone has put into this show and hopefully many more to come.
Maddy Brown (Winifred Banks - London Cast)
Maddy Brown is a 16-year-old junior at Barnstable High School. Mary Poppins is her third show with the Barnstable High School Drama Club, the first being Shrek, where she was cast as Humpty Dumpty, and second being the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, where she was cast as Vice Principal Panch. She is very excited to show her take on the role of Winifred Banks and hopes to create an entertaining and, hopefully, amusing performance for the audience. Maddy has been part of a few small singing and acting groups such as Rockapella in middle school and an acting class at Massachusetts Maritime Academy. She is excited to share the stage with her longest friend Olivia Thompson and a few more of her very close friends such as Laik O’Reilly and Lucy Sherman. She hopes you enjoy the show and return for many other productions!
Keith Caldwell (Admiral Boom - London Cast)
Keith Caldwell teaches English and Drama & Theatre Arts here at BHS. He has enjoyed the privilege of performing on the BHS stage both as a student and as a faculty member, most recently as King Harold and Knight 1 in last year’s Shrek. Mr. Caldwell was an assistant director for BHSDC musicals Godspell, She Loves Me, and Pippin. In addition to teaching and directing here at BHS, Mr. Caldwell is the head girls cross country and track & field coach and serves as vice-president of the Barnstable Teachers Association.
Ryan Christensen (Pit Musician - Guitar)
Ryan is a senior who has been playing guitar for nearly eleven years now. He has been the Class of 2023 Class President since his freshman year. He involves himself in many extracurriculars, such as the BHS Jazz Band, Mock Trial Team, and Math Team. If you can’t find him hanging in the band room jammin’ out, he’s most likely hitting the slopes up north!
Triniece Clegg (Mrs. Corry - London Cast)
This Mary Poppins production will be Triniece’s first musical at BHS. She has sang, danced, and acted on stage before, but not all at the same time. Triniece arrived at BHS on November 28, 2022. Having the opportunity to be a part of the Drama Club and play an important role in it, while not being here that long, means the world to her. So many amazing people are a part of this club and she can’t wait to perform with them!
Lylah Crawley (Jane Banks - Park Cast)
Lylah is a freshman who joined the drama club last year and is looking forward to being in many shows in the future. She is very excited to take on the challenge of transitioning from one line to being a lead in this year's musical. Lylah and her older sister, Maryana Crawley, can’t wait to bring this show to life since this is their last BHSDC performance together. Lylah was in Shrek: The Musical as one of the three little pigs last March with the BHSDC and she is going to be playing Baby June in Gypsy this coming spring at Harwich Junior Theatre! She is an athlete on the high school gymnastics team, cheerleading team, and spring track and field. Her hope for this show is to not only make it entertaining for others but to also bring smiles to the members of BHSDC and to hopefully make it a welcoming environment to others! She wants to show other athletes that it’s ok to step out of their comfort zone and try new things.
Maryana Crawley (Mary Poppins - Park Cast)
Maryana Crawley is overjoyed to play Mary Poppins in BHSDC’s production of Mary Poppins. She is a senior at BHS and has previously played Princess Fiona in last year's Shrek: The Musical and Rona Lisa Peretti in the BHSDC's fall production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Over the beautiful summer she played the role of Ali in Cape Rep Theatre’s 2nd production of Mamma Mia. In her younger years she was in Once On This Island and ELF at HJT. You can also see Maryana perform later this spring at Cape Rep Theatre as Louise in the upcoming showing of Gypsy The Musical! She would like to thank all of those she holds dear that have supported her throughout her journey at this school. She has learned so much from all those around her and wishes to carry these lessons into her college future. She is proud to have this as her final show, standing beside her beloved cast mates. Maryana wishes you the best experience watching this fabulous musical!
Audrey Cruckshank (Ensemble & Featured Dancer)
Audrey Cruckshank is a student at Barnstable Intermediate school. She made her debut in the Shrek performance last year and is looking forward to this musical. Audrey has been a member of Rockapella since 2021 and has a passion for dance and music. In her free time she plays guitar, piano, and enjoys sketching and animation. Audrey is happy to be in Mary Poppins and a big thanks to Mrs. Barth for directing this show!
Kerry Cutler (Pit Musician - Cello)
Kerry Cutler is excited to be playing her third musical with BHSDC. She has taught string orchestra for Dennis-Yarmouth schools since 1999. When she’s not playing cello, she loves to spend time with her husband and their two children. As a family they enjoy traveling, hockey games, and visiting ice cream shops from all around the Cape.
Brendon DaSilva (Bert - Park Cast)
Brendon is a multi-sport athlete who has played football and volleyball for Barnstable High School. He is also an avid singer in the chamber choir and has sung at the Southeast district festival. Mary Poppins is his very first drama club performance.
Izabela de Assis (Dancing Statue, Poseidon and Ensemble)
Izabela is an 8th grader at BHS. This is her second show with the BHSDC, and she’s ecstatic to be able to work with so many incredible people. She loves everything about the drama club and musical theater- the stage, the music, the acting! She loves listening to music in her free time, and has been singing since she was little. Izabela joined the BHSDC because she’s always had a passion for music and acting, and she believes the club is a great place to start her career. Izabela would like to thank her family and friends for all their love and support.
Arden DeStefano (Teddy Bear & Fanny)
Arden is a 14 year old 8th grader that loves drama! She loves singing and dancing and decided to join Drama Club last year. She was a Duloc person in Shrek, and has done theater classes at Harwich Junior Theater and at the Cape Playhouse. She is so excited to be back for Mary Poppins this year, and would like to shout out Jaz for constantly singing Step in Time at home.
Delilah DeYoung (Bird Woman - London Cast)
Delilah is a freshman here at BHS, and this is her third production with the BHSDC. She is honored to be a part of this year's production of Mary Poppins. Previously, she was the Fairy Godmother in Shrek: The Musical, and Leaf's Mother in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. She has also worked in other theatre workshops and sang with the Cape Cod Conservatory. In her free time, Delilah likes to read, write, sing, and daydream. She is beyond excited to be taking on this role, and she hopes you will enjoy!!
Rose Dibb (Mrs. Corry - Park Cast)
Rose is a senior at BHS and this is her first ever drama production! She has sung as long as she can remember and cannot wait to showcase her talent with this amazing cast. She is excited to bring Mrs. Corry to life on stage.
Maggie Doherty (Crew - Publicity Director)
Maggie is a Junior at BHS, she is the lead publicist and a crew member of the Drama Club. She really enjoys creating art and is really happy to have had the chance to design the poster for Mary Poppins as well as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee this year! This is her third show since she joined the Drama Club and she is very excited to help put on another awesome performance for BHS! Maggie is also very proud of all the cast and crew members and how hard everyone works to put on these amazing shows!
Riveren Dubner (Crew - Spotlight Operator)
Riveren Dubner is a sophomore at Barnstable High School. This is their first year on spotlight. In previous years, through the BHSDC, they played the Gingerbread man in "Shrek: the Musical" and Charlie in "Willy Wonka Jr." In musicals outside of school they have been in "Miracle on 34th St" as Susan Walker, and has worked backstage on a few different band performances.
Michael Dunford (Pit Musician - Drums/Percussion)
Michael Dunford is a Berklee College of Music graduate, drum instructor and professional musician, performing in a wide variety of genres and musical styles from theaters and concert halls to nightclubs, from Boston through the south coast and Cape Cod. Michael made his musical theater directorial debut in 2019 with We Are The Champions: A Musical Tribute to Queen and followed up with Piano Men: A tribute to Billy Joel and Elton John. Michael’s newest production, Women ROCK! debuts at Cotuit Center for the Arts in summer of 2023.
Shawn Eldredge (Ensemble)
Shawn is an 8th grader at BHS. He is very excited to be making his theatrical debut in this BHSDC production of Mary Poppins. When not on stage, Shawn enjoys playing hockey, having his hair styled by Lylah, and hanging out with friends. He is having a great time being a part of this cast and he hopes you enjoy the show.
Ryder Fernandes (Michael Banks - Park Cast)
Ryder Fernandes is a 10-year-old, 4th grade student and the oldest of 3 boys. Ryder is adventurous, creative and bright. He loves playing sports, animals and spending time with his friends and family. Ryder enjoys boating, fishing and all outdoor activities. He has a passion for history and loves traveling the world with his family and experiencing new cultures and places. Ryder is curious, sensitive yet outgoing, which makes him adaptable to succeed in anything he does.
Ryan Field (Bert - London Cast)
Ryan is a junior and is extremely excited to be playing Bert this year. Last year, in the BHSDC Ryan played Donkey in “Shrek : The Musical” and Leaf Coneybear in “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.” This is not Ryan’s first BHSDC production, he was also previously in “The Real Untold Story of Cinderella” “The Frog Prince of Spamalot” “Dracula” “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory Jr” and “Once Upon a Mattress.” He has garnered tons of experience through these roles and is very excited to add Mary Poppins his resume.
Elizabeth Gayton  (Ensemble)
Elizabeth is an eighth grader at BHS. She went to the Hudson Valley Conservatory (owned by Samuel E. Wright) where she started acting in musicals. Elizabeth has always loved music and theater since she was little. She plays flute, piccolo, and ukulele in her free time.
Suzanne Gonsalves (Pit Musician - French Horn)
Suzanne Gonsalves teaches music at Hyannis West Elementary. She is very proud to have many of her former students in this production of Mary Poppins. She enjoys listening to her students sing, going on long walks with her dog in the woods, and creative writing.
Audrey Gonzalez (Crew - Rehearsal Stage Manager)
Audrey is a freshman at BHS and this is her second year in the BHSDC. She loves musical theater and is super excited to be a part of Mary Poppins!
Morgan Grey (Pit Musician - Oboe)
Morgan is pleased to be playing in the pit for the BHSDC once again, and this time on her primary instrument. Many thanks to Kris Hill for the opportunity to play, to her fellow musicians for making it fun and to her sister for her support!
Alison Heleen (Pit Musician -Bb, Eb & Bass Clarinet)
Alison Heleen (Reed 3) is a music teacher and clarinetist living in Mashpee. Ms. Heleen teaches beginning band and general music at Barnstable United Elementary School, where she is lucky to teach the best 400 kids in the world! She also teaches private clarinet lessons and performs regularly with the Falmouth Chamber Players Orchestra and Falmouth Town Band. Outside of school, Ms. Heleen loves going to concerts, exploring Boston, growing vegetables, and playing Dungeons and Dragons with her husband.
Marilyn Hernandez (Miss Smythe)
Julia Homem (Ensemble)
Julia is a senior at BHS and this is her second time partaking in a BHSDC production. She helped film the fall musical of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and is now in the ensemble for Mary Poppins. Julia has been dancing with Beth Walsh Dance Centre for 10 years and is finally able to get on the stage for musical theater (something she's worked towards to be a part of for a long time).
Ciarra Hupp (Pit Musician - Flute)
Ciarra is a senior here at BHS and has been in the symphonic band their entire time. She has been playing flute for 6 years and thinks that it's really fun to play! This is the first time she has been a part of the pit, and it's super fun! Ciarra is so excited for opening night!
Martina Ibarra Suarez (Mary Poppins - London Cast)
Martina Ibarra Suarez is a 15 year old Sophomore at Barnstable High School and plays Mary Poppins in this BHSDC Production of Mary Poppins. Martina’s passions are singing and performing so she is very excited, happy, and grateful to be playing the character of Mary Poppins. Martina has been part of Kids On Broadway here on Cape Cod and she has a YouTube channel in which she posts covers of songs in English and Spanish. Other than that she sings in the Chamber Choir of BHS, she is part of the Vocal Jazz BHS group and she has sung the national anthem for the Cotuit Kettleers Baseball Team. This is Martina’s 2nd musical as she was part of the BHSDC Production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and she played Olive’s Mom. Martina couldn’t be any happier for this awesome opportunity and can’t wait to perform for everyone!
Jonah Izzo (Pit Musician - Trombone)
Jonah Izzo plays trombone in the pit and is a junior here at Barnstable High School. He hopes you enjoy the hard work that everyone has put in to this production!
Bella Kelley  (Crew - Assistant Stage Manager)
This is Bella's first year in BHSDC and they're very excited! She doesn't have any prior experience but is having fun being trained by the other stage managers!
Emma LaPointe (Doll & Annie)
Emma is an 8th grader at BHS and this is her second show with the BHSDC. She is very excited to be a part of another production. Emma has always been interested in theater and is very happy to be able to start here. She loves to listen to music in her down time. She would like to thank all her friends and family for the love and support but especially for all the time they take to help her do this.
Scott Lariviere (Pit Musician - Bass)
Scott is so excited to be back at the BHSDC for the first time in many years where he has performed on stage, in the pit and was also a musical director. He is even more excited to be joining his sisters Kris Hill and Julie Lariviere in this production! It's good to be home.
Caralena Lindberg (Jane Banks - London Cast)
As a senior, this is Lena’s fourth and final show here at BHS, and she’s planning on making it a real show stopper! Her past roles include Pinocchio in Shrek, Marcy Park in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and an ensemble member of Once Upon A Mattress. Lena may not be very precise and ordered, but she can spell Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, which she considers more important. She thanks her family for always believing in her, her bunny for being the best emotional support pet ever, and her friends for being crazy. Most importantly, Lena thanks everyone in the BHSDC for an amazing four years of fun and laughter. She can’t wait to help make Mary Poppins one of our best performances yet!
Taylor MacDonald (Neleus & Valentine)
Taylor MacDonald has been dancing since she was 6. She started drama club in 5th grade, and she is now a freshman. She loves performing shows with the amazing actors and actresses of BHSDC and hopes to continue her acting and theater career in her college years.
Summer Marides (Ensemble)
Summer is an amazing person and friend. She is very helpful and funny. This is her second time in a Barnstable High School Drama Club production. Last year, she was a Duloc greeter in Shrek: The Musical. This year her role is in the ensemble of Mary Poppins.
Sophie Mendoza (Crew - Stage Manager)
This is Sophie's last show as a senior. She hopes her new stage managers have just as much fun as she did!
Damien McCloy (George Banks - Park Cast)
Damien is a 15 year old sophomore at Barnstable and this is his first production with the BHSDC. He was in plays in the past at Bournedale starring as a lead singer in We Go Together, T-E-A-M, and starring as one of the Wickershams in the Horton Hears a Who play. He’s been singing since he was really young and loved cartoons and the thought of acting.
Aidan McDowell (Robertson Ay - Park Cast)
Aidan McDowell is in his senior year at Barnstable High School. This is the third production he is doing with the BHSDC, the first being Shrek, where he played the role of captain of the guard, and the second being the role of Chip in The Putnam County Spelling Bee. He is very excited to have the opportunity to play the role of Robertson Ay. He couldn’t imagine a better cast, and couldn’t ask for any better instructors and directors. Mary Poppins has become a labor of love for Aidan, and for all of us.
Renee Montcalm (Mrs. Brill - Park Cast)
Renee Montcalm is a 17 year old junior at Barnstable High School. Mary Poppins is her first show ever!!! Renee has always loved singing since she was little. This is the year she has finally decided to join BHSDC. She could not be more excited and thrilled to be involved in this production.
Az Morassi (Crew - Sound )
Az is a freshman. They’re super excited to take part in the production of Mary Poppins this year!
Mike Mulgrew (Bank Chairman)
Mr. Mulgrew has been a teacher in Barnstable for 29 years. He has been involved with the drama club for the past 13 years when the eighth grade moved to the high school. He has participated in over a dozen productions with the drama club.
Aberle Norton (Ensemble)
Aberle is an 8th grader at BHS and this is her first production with the BHSDC. She has been a voice student at House of Jam for almost 5 years and has also studied theater at The Cotuit Center for the Arts for 5 years as well as improv classes at Harwich Junior Theater.
Clara Nunes (Neleus & Valentine)
Clara Nunes is a 14 year old student at Barnstable High School and has always enjoyed acting. Some of her previous roles include: Teenage Fiona in Shrek the Musical with the BHSDC last spring, Daphne in Robin Hood, and an ensemble member in Oklahoma and The Best Christmas Pageant Ever at the Academy of Performing Arts. She also has been a part of acting groups such as the young company at Cape Rep Theater, and The Academy Players at the Academy of Performing Arts, which she hopes to continue. Clara is also a very big fan of singing. She has been a part of Rockapella at BIS, a vocal jazz group at BHS, and various music classes. Clara could not be any happier to be apart of this amazing and wonderful cast! Acting, Singing, and dancing have always been a home for her she is forever grateful to share that love with the people around her.
Laik O’Reilly  (Park Keeper & Northrbook)
Laik O’Reilly is a 16 year old junior at Barnstable High School. He is very excited to be performing in his third show with the BHS drama club, having previously performed in Shrek as the White Rabbit and in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee as Chip. He also performed in School of Rock at the Harwich Junior Theatre and did tech for Addam’s Family there as well. Laik also participated in the Young Company at Cape Rep last winter, but regretfully was not able to this year. Laik is also a part of vocal jazz, enjoys reading, track & field and piano. He wants to thank the entire cast and crew for making this possible and cannot wait for you to see the show!
Ellie O'Toole (Winifred Banks - Park Cast)
Ellie O’Toole, the President of the Drama club has been a part of BHSDC since she was in middle school. Being her final production, she's extremely thankful for all the opportunities BHSDC has given her. Recently she played Olive in the 25th Putnam County spelling bee, and Fiona in Shrek. She has had many incredible experiences with this club. She is going to miss this club a lot and is super excited to perform one last time with BHSDC. She’d like to thank all her family and friends for their constant support over the years.
Layla Ribot (Teddy Bear & Fannie)
Layla is excited to work with so many talented people in the drama department. As much as Layla loves to sing, she hasn’t had any experience on stage dancing or acting. Even though Layla is new at doing these things she is excited to give it a try! She absolutely adores everyone and everything in the drama club and recommends people to join.
Sebastian Ribot (Robertson Ay - London Cast)
Sebastian is an enthusiastic, fantastic, budding musical theatre artist working on this year's spring musical. Most recently, you may have seen him on stage in the BHSDC's fall musical as Jesus in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. When not on the stage, Sebastian enjoys music, dancing and pasta.
Gracelin Roughneen  (Doll & Annie)
Gracelin is an 8th grader at BHS and this is her second show with the BHSDC. She is so excited to be back in drama, especially for Mary Poppins! Grace loves the arts and wants to be an actress when she gets older so this is the perfect way to start. She also plays a few instruments which she loves. She can’t wait to see everyone at the show.
Jasper Shaw (Mr. Punch & Dancing Statue)
Jasper is a junior this year at BHS and this is their first official year in the BHS drama club. They have played Mrs. Bucket in Willy Wonka at Barnstable Intermediate School in the past. They did sound for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and they are proud to say they are returning to the stage! They will try their best to not let their demons win during this show!
Lucy Sherman (Mrs. Brill - London Cast)
Lucy Sherman is a 17 year old junior at Barnstable High school. She joined the BHS drama club her sophomore year and has been in three shows. First being Shrek, as “Peter Pan '', second being The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, as “Stage Manager '', and Mary Poppins being the third. Also, when Lucy was in middle school, she joined the BIS production of Willy Wonka and she was cast as “Grandma Josephine”. Along with musical theater, Lucy is very interested in fine arts, having taken art classes at BHS for the past four years and also recently became a voice student at the House of Jam. She is so happy to be able to be part of a wonderful production, with an amazing cast and crew, and is excited to show the audience her portrayal of Mrs. Brill.
Azaria Shipman (Statue, Mr. Punch and Featured Dancer)
Azaria Shipman is a singer and songwriter with the ability to play guitar and piano. Since she was a child Azaria has been doing nothing but learning and patiently waiting for a chance to pursue what she’s worked towards for her whole life. Now at age 17, Azaria has put her education and experience to the test by producing and engineering her own music at home under her professional name: Rialence Ica on streaming platforms. With her extensive dance experience Azaria has landed herself two roles in Mary Poppins. Azaria hopes that this can serve as a gateway for opportunities in her future.
Dennis Stampfl (Admiral Boom - Park Cast)
Patrol Officer Dennis Stampfl is currently assigned as the School Resource Officer for Barnstable High School. Dennis began his law enforcement career in 1997 when he joined the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office achieving the role of Sergeant. He worked as a Reserve Police Officer for the Town of Chatham for two years. He joined the Barnstable Police Department in 2009. He is married to Melissa who is a teacher at Barnstable Intermediate School and is a proud father of two daughters. Officer Stampfl is committed to making a difference throughout the community. He is a coach for Barnstable High School football and youth programs throughout the town. Officer Stampfl embraces his position as a School Resource Officer and is committed to the safety, equity and well being of all students and staff. After getting a taste of being on stage during the BHSDC's fall production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee he knew he wanted to give acting another try. Officer Stampfl is very excited to make Admiral Boom his official debut performance on the BHS stage.
Brooke Stellato-Walsh (Dancing Statue and Ensemble)
Brooke is an 8th grader and this is her first drama club production. She has a big passion for acting and would like to pursue it professionally. Brooke also plays field hockey for the high school. Being a part of the drama club has been an amazing experience and she can't wait to do it again next year.
Ace Strauss (Police Officer & Von Hussler)
Ace is excited and proud to be performing with the BHS Drama Club for the production of Mary Poppins and making his first debut on stage. In his free time, Ace enjoys playing sports, riding his bike and hanging out with his loyal furry best friend Freedom.
Jordan Thibeau (Crew - Lighting)
Jordan is sophomore here at Barnstable. She is in her second year as a BHSDC member and first year as a BHSDC officer. She is a techie at heart and hopes to continue technical theatre for the rest of her life. She wants to thank Ms. Wytrwal, Ms. Lariviere, Mr. Kohler, Mr. Viens, Mrs. Hill, Mrs. Barth and this year's seniors for all their hard work and dedication.
Olivia Thompson (Miss Andrew & Katie Nanna)
Olivia is a 16 year old junior at Barnstable High School, and a dual enrollment student at Cape Cod Community College. Her most recent roles include Briar Rose in Sleeping Beauty: Briar Rose, an art student, and a woman in the concentration camp in Red Swans, a world premiere, and Ziggy in Three Little Birds which was a regional premiere at Cape Cod Theatre Company. She’s also been in her high school’s productions, most recently as Marcy Park in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. She was also Minihata in Over A Barrel, which was a radio show with Cape Noir Radio. For the last three years she’s acted with the Young Company at Cape Rep Theatre, and hopes to continue through her senior year. Apart from acting she enjoys singing, reading and writing, and fashion design. This show was so fun to be a part of, and she hopes you enjoy it!
Keely Touhey (Miss Andrew & Katie Nanna)
Keely is a 16 year old sophomore at Barnstable High School. This is her third show with BHSDC, the first being “Shrek the Musical", when she played the Sugar Plum Fairy and the second when she played the role of Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre in “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee”. Keely is very passionate in anything that involves music and performing. She participates in multiple extracurricular activities such as Vocal Jazz, Tri-M Music Honors Society, Girls in Stem, GSA and also is in the BHS Chamber Choir. She also participated in the All Cape & Islands music festival and Southeastern District Festival. In the future, she wants to pursue Musical Theater as a career. She is extremely excited to be playing amazing roles with such a caring group of people and would like to thank the wonderful cast, crew and directors for making such a wonderful show possible.
Nariah Turner (Miss Lark)
Nariah is a 15 year old freshman at BHS. This will be her second production with the BHSDC. Her first was Shrek The Musical last spring as the Wicked Witch! She has been in chorus for six years and would like you to continue with it. She likes to sing, draw, read and spend time with her friends and family. She would like to thank everyone who supports the drama club and who is involved and can't wait for everyone to see all of their hard work!!!
Eamon Welch-Viens (Crew - Prop Master & Curtain)
Eamon is a senior this year at BHS. Past theatrical experiences include: Little Shop of Horrors (ensemble), A Mid Summer Night's Dream (Changeling Child), Pippin (crew), Shrek (prop master & crew), The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (prop master). When not in the theatre, Eamon enjoys running track.
