Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

The Ashtabula Arts Center does not refund ticket sales, however we will exchange your seats for another performance of the same production if we are able to do so. You will need to contact us by phone before the date of your performance at (440) 964-3396 and we will move your seats to another date if we have seating available.

Late Policy

The AAC reserves the right to resell any seat not claimed by 15 minutes prior to the performance. If your seat has not been resold, we will ask you to wait outside the theater until a suitable break in the production and an usher will show you to your seat.
