Refund/Exchange Policy
We'll do our best to accommodate ticket exchanges per availability. Refunds are accepted 7 days in advance on a case-by-case basis. Please note, refunds can ONLY be processed via Venmo less the credit card processing fee. Why? This ticketing company (On The Stage) will charge Artists Anonymous a fee to refund your ticket, meaning our company will literally pay for your cancellation. Think that's crazy?! We do, too. We'll be taking our business elsewhere next time around.
