Temple is beyond excited to direct this incredible show. She has previously directed several cabarets, readings, scenes and Shakespeare’s Two Gentlemen of Verona. A performer since kindergarten, she has acted in FOR COLORED GIRLS... (Lady in Red), AIDA (Aida), CROWNS (Mabel), AIN’T MISBEHAVIN’ (Armelia), PUFFS (Hannah et all), WEST SIDE STORY (Anita), JOSEPH…DREAMCOAT (Narrator), AVENUE Q (Gary Coleman), THE PIANO LESSON (Berniece), PRISCILLA, QUEEN OF THE DESERT (Lead Diva), and various characters in two different productions of MOTHERHOOD OUT LOUD. In addition to directing, she’s choreographed various productions, and serves on the board of Artistic Synergy of Baltimore theater. Temple thanks her family and friends for their support and the audiences for making this thing called theater worth every moment.

Katie is very excited to be joining ASOB as a first-time stage manager. She would like to thank Temple for mentoring and supporting her throughout the entire process. Katie has been a part of theatre for many years playing clarinet/bass clarinet in the orchestra during shows while supporting her four wonderful children while they are on stage. The cast and crew have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Their dedication, talent and enthusiasm have made the process both productive and enjoyable. This truly has been a rewarding experience. She hopes you enjoy the show!

With nearly 10 years of theatre tech experience at Artistic Synergy of Baltimore, Rowan is returning to the first skill they learned there, lighting design. They have designed and/or run lights for several shows, including: YOU’RE A GOOD MAN CHARLIE BROWN, CHARLOTTE’S WEB, and GUYS & DOLLS. Rowan also has a passion for sound design and is self-taught through reading books on theory for recording musicians and adapting that to live performances. They have designed and/or run sound for several shows, including: PIRATES OF PENZANCE and DESCENDANTS. Rowan is very excited to continue mastering the craft of sound design and tech.

Maribel has worked off the stage in several different positions. She was an assistant director at ACS for 3 years and helped with ONCE ON THIS ISLAND JR., ANNIE JR., and LION KING JR. In the 2020/21 season, her daughter joined Artistic Synergy of Baltimore and she became the supportive parent helping here and there in the background. The summer of 2023, she joined the PIRATES OF PENZANCE crew as assistant stage director and in the summer of 2024, she was in charge of costumes and props for THE DESCENDANTS. She is now very excited to be part of the lighting team for Motherhood Out Loud.
