About This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing
This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing by Finnegan Kruckemeyer is a powerful story centered around the shared experiences of three sisters, Albienne, Beatrix, and Carmen. The story follows their experience growing up, losing a parent, being abandoned by another, and having start over by the themselves. One of them decides to stay where she was left, while the other two sisters go East and West. It is through the circumnavigation of the globe that we get to see each of the sisters mature, come into their own, and eventually to start their journey back to where it all started, not as young, lost girls, but as powerful women who are capable of great change. It is this transformation that makes this story so important to tell. This is for all of the students, parents, and women that need a little reminder that their power comes from inside and they need no one else for it to manifest. We hope to see you on the adventure ahead!
