The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee Cast

This is Olivia’s 3rd year performing at Armijo! She has enjoyed the rehearsal process and spending time with her castmates. Being Olive has been an amazing experience and she has learned a lot. She wants to thank her parents, castmates( who became her family), and her best friend. Come see her perform her heart out, and maybe cry a little :,)

M is so glad to have returned for their 2nd year of performing at Armijo. This is their 1st ever in person musical as last year was online. Rehearsing and preparing for the show was a wonderful experience. They hope you enjoy the show as much as they do.

This being Jade’s final year at Armijo, she excitedly gives it her best shot. Come watch her final Armijo Production and immerse yourself in this cast and crew’s hard work. Let yourself feel and possibly cry later on in the musical. We hope you have fun watching this fun little show we put on!

This is Vanessa’s second year of performing at Armijo. She has loved working with the cast and crew. She has made many lovely memories, that she will hold to. This will be her first in person musical (last year being online). She is very excited for everyone to see the musical. And she hopes that everyone will enjoy it. :]

This is Sammi’s second year performing at Armijo and first ever in person musical. She has finally accepted that she is not an alto and has been able to have so much fun singing parts that used to terrify her. She has had an amazing time with the cast and crew and hopes everyone will enjoy watching this show as much as she has loved being a part of it!

This is Kai’s final year at Armijo School, and first time performing at Armijo Theatre Productions. Being in the play has allowed him to meet so many welcoming people that have guided him in the world of acting! Kai is stoked about people getting to see the amazing play that is The 25th Annual County Spelling Bee.

This is Juliana’s first year at armijo and 2nd production with the Theater program. Being a part of this play gave her a new perspective on how much work is really put in musicals. Her favorite part of being in this musical is all the new memories and how much fun she had with all the cast and crew members. This is Nicole’s final year at Armijo and first production in the Armijo Theater Program. Joining the musical allowed her to try something out of her comfort zone for her final year and explore her love for music and the arts even more! She enjoyed taking on the challenge of learning something new and meeting new people that were super cool and friendly. Nicole hopes you enjoy watching the 25th Annual Putnam Spelling Bee, laugh at the peak humor, vibe to the catchy songs, and are amused by Rona’s interesting ways.

This is Brenda’s first year performing for the armijo theatre program, being apart of this musical has awakened her interest for theatre and acknowledged the time and effort put into the show. She hopes everyone enjoy’s watching the show as much as she and her cast mates enjoyed rehearsing it

This is MJ's first year performing for the Armijo theatre program, being a part of the musical has helped him find a family that he didnt expect to find. He had found a place that helped him feel welcome. This program helped him find his identity and more. MJ has enjoyed being here with his theatre family and hopes there is more fun to come as he does theatre.

His name is Christian JJ Ordoñez and it is his first year of ever performing in theatre! He hopes that after his performance, that he’ll get rid of his stage fright. Even if this doesn’t happen, he will definitely have a lot of fun on stage.

After working behind the scenes on Armijo Theatre's last production, Olivia decided to try acting for the first time! This will be her first time on stage and, while very nervous, is excited to sing and dance along with everyone!

This is Melanie’s final year at Armijo High School, and first time performing at Armijo Theater Productions. The play has given her inner 5th grade self a chance to have her moment in the spotlight as an actress. Especially as a senior, she’s pleased to end her final year on stage with her dearest friends by her side. She has never expected herself to partake in a musical with such a big role and is cherishing every moment. It truly is her favorite moment of the bee!

His name is Hector Cisneros and this is his first year performing in a theater production ever. A proud member who after football season decided to step into the stage where he got to meet some of the most talented people who form part of the Armijo Theatre club. Joining the production has been an amazing journey and we hope to see you guys in our newest production “The 25th annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” which we’re sure you’ll enjoy.

Julissa Castaneda is a senior who's been a part of Armijo Theater Productions as both cast and crew. She’s happy to be back doing in-person theater and getting to know new performers. There truly is nothing like high school theater and I hope you enjoy the 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.

Giordan is a sophomore and his first year performing with Armijo Theatre. This is also his first time performing in a musical. He had a lot of fun being a part of this production and meeting new people. Being a part of Theatre is a new and fun experience for him and hopes everybody who watches enjoys the show.

Serena Erickson is a senior who has been a part of the Armijo Theater Club for 4 years. Thanks to the encouragement of her friends, Serena has contributed to Armijo Theater Productions in their Robin Hood and Curtains as minor roles. This year, she takes her role backstage as Sound Crew for the Putnam County Spelling Bee.
