The eccentric "grandfather" of the gang. He’s a complex mix of a mentor and a crook, constantly balancing his love for his "boys" with his love for his "trinkets." He’s calculating, funny, and deeply paranoid.

The ultimate teenage hustler. He’s got the swagger of a rockstar and the fingers of a magician. Dodger is Fagin’s MVP—charming, street-smart, and always two steps ahead of the law.

The shadow over London. Bill doesn’t need to shout to be terrifying; he just needs to walk into the room. He’s the muscle and the menace, driven by a cold, dark temper and a total lack of remorse.

The light at the end of the tunnel. He’s the wealthy, kind-hearted gentleman who sees Oliver not as a criminal, but as a person. He represents the hope that "Where is Love?" has an actual answer.

Our comedic (and slightly cruel) duo. Bumble is a pompous official who thinks he’s royalty; Corney is the sharp-tongued matron who knows exactly how to pull his strings.
