Courtney Everette (ALAN JACKSON, Narrator)
Among Courtney's many New York stage credits are: Resurrection, Hamlet, Boys in the Band, Henry V, God's Special Creatures, King Lear, Titus Andronicus and Say Goodbye to Yesterday. He also toured Anne L. Thompson-Scretching’s Resurrection to perform in Oklahoma. He is a three-time winner of the Jean Dalrymple awards for Best Supporting Actor, Best Classical Actor, and Best Director.
Dave Hummel (PERCY SIMS)
This marks Dave’s 3rd year performing in “Resurrection.” Most recently, he was seen as a Principal Detective in the Pilot episode of the ABC series FOR LIFE also as ‘Officer Merica’ in the short film, BLACK CASES. He performed at a number of shows at the American Theatre of Actors in the late 80’s-early 90’s. Dave studied with James Jennings at the American Theatre Of Actors, Earl Hyman and William Hickey at HB Studios, Caroline Martin at Upright Citizens Brigade, Richard Kline for an On Cam Sitcom Class, and other Improv classes at Manhattan Punchline and Chicago City Limits.
Kevin Leonard (PETER HOLMES)
Kevin Leonard is a classic American actor. A timeless artist who could perform in any era. Casted in plays such as August Wilson’s 1930's period piece about blues Legend Ma Rainey “Ma’ Rainey’s Black Bottom” where he played the role of the defiant ‘Levee.’ A Christian minister in James Baldwin’s civil right's era Emmett Till inspired stage play “Blues for Mister Charlie.” The role of ‘Sal’ in “Den of Thieves” by Stephen Adly Guirgis. A mannequin in “Mannequin Diaries” a dramatic-comic satire of unedited stories and experiences of the fashion industry documented by eleven mannequins. A professor and a father in a classic New England family in “Love Parade.” ‘Lionel Fantom,’ an Oakland raised DJ in the performance contemporary stage piece “Four to Seven.” @leonardism101
Rommell Sermons (OLIVER PORTER)
Rommell Sermons received his BA in Theatre Arts from SUNY New Paltz, where he portrayed such roles as, Brutus Jones in Eugene O’Neal’s “The Emperor Jones." He first caught the acting bug at the age of ten, performing in “The Temple of Youth” at Lehman College, and was also inspired from watching his grand¬father’s sermons every Sunday. Other theater credits include: “The Breakout,” (The Flea Theatre) “A Raisin in the Sun,” (Paul Robeson Theatre) “Somebody’s Calling My Name,” (The Raint Theatre) “The Healing Zone,” Audelco Nominated for Best Ensemble (Black Spectrum Theatre) "Death by Poker" ( Nuyorican Poets Cafe) and "The Resurrection" (American Theater of Actors) which was nominated Best New Off-Broadway play by Broadway World. Harry Cooke (POKE / COURT OFFICER)
Harry is an actor and writer from New York City who recently completed his Off Broadway debut in the courtroom drama The Trial of Eichmann. He also has starred in Tom Blanc F***ing Dies, The Table Read, Going Batsh!t in Gotham, and Lunch 2 Go!. Offstage, Harry is a champion of independent film, volunteering at the past two iterations of the Sundance Film Festival. He studied English at Dickinson College, spending a year abroad at the University of East Anglia's Creative Writing program (intermixed, of course, with many visits to the Globe Theatre). He also performs stand-up comedy, improv, and sketch: his satirical character, Warden Piece, amassed 500k likes and 4 million views in his TikTok debut.

Sabyne Santiago (BESS)
Sabyne Santiago is a New York native actor, writer and producer. They have been acting from a young age, starting their studies at the Boy and Girls Harbor in Spanish Harlem. She is a member of Alphi Psi Omega Theatre Honor Society, and has participated both on and off stage during her university career. She has studied at Matthew Corozine Studios, and has since been in productions across NYC. Most recently, she has starred as Romeo in Romeo & Juliet (New Relic Theatre), and M in Crave by Sarah Kane (Stairwell Theater). Instagram: @sunbeamsabyne
Kate Trubetsky (LULA NOBLE)
Kate is an Actress, Director, and a Recording Artist. Born in Moscow Russia, raised in New York, she saw her father and grandfather perform on stage (both known theater actors in Russia) and she knew that film and theater would be her passion for life. 11-time International Festival winner for CACTUS as well as the actress, writer, and first time women director for a dark comedy mafia film. As an actress Katie has acted in numerous films, and episodic shows, and theater performances, where she loves to challenge herself in raw and creative roles. And now, Katie is incredibly grateful and honored to now get the chance to tell a piece of a heartbreaking true history in her role as “Lula Noble” in Resurrection.
Ashley Vigo (MOLLY BRIGHTWATER / BIRD IN FLIGHT)
Ashley is an actor, poet, and photographer from The Bronx. In recent years she has discovered her love for theater. Expanding from tv and film projects, she has been inspired to challenge herself in new ways through her first feature in the off broadway production of “The Resurrection”. From being on a stage to behind the lens, there is no creative avenue she is not willing to dive into. A true inspiration. Ashley is grateful to Anne L. Thompson Scretching’s opportunity to grow as an actor on her stage and bring her character to life.
Travis Bergmann (BLUE FOURBEARS / DEATH ANGEL)
Travis was most recently on stage in King Lear at The American Theatre of Actors playing the role of Kent. He was also featured in the ATA productions Crazy Love and The Family Serenade earlier this year and was in The International Human Rights Art Festival at The Tank in the one-act play Sherry’s Bop. Off-stage, he has appeared in several recent television and short film projects including Evil Lives Here, Lacrimosa, and Savior of the Universe. Instagram: @travbergs
Andrew Boszhardt  (WILLIE POOL / ETHAN / JUDGE)
Andrew is an actor, writer, and producer known primarily for his film work. He wrote, produced and starred in the psychological thriller “Breed of Greed” opposite Gina Gershon. Recent credits also include a supporting role in Michael Mailer’s “Cutman” and two shows he starred in at the Camden Fringe Theatre Festival in London. He’s delighted and honored to be a part of the cast for "The Resurrection."
Moses Sesay (RON TAYLOR / Swing for CARL)
Moses has worked with brands the likes of, Nike, Jordan Brand, Finish Line, Belucci, (to name a few). And as an actor he has worked from off-off Broadway to Broadway (West End level) productions, a play by the name The Jungle, directed by legendary famed British Director Stephen Daldgry & Justin Martin, A Raisin in the Sun (Harlem Repertory Theatre), Strings (role ‘Man,’ director Charles Curtis), Between Heaven and Earth (the Producers Club).
Dan Brown (CARL PEOPLES / Swing for Ron)
Dan is returning to acting and the stage after a long career working for some of New York’s beloved sports teams like the Knicks, Rangers, Jets, Liberty and NY Mets. Prior to his sports entertainment career, Dan worked on different tv shows, web series and stage plays. He’s excited to start back acting with this powerful movement of a play that will shed a blinding light on this tragedy of a story. He is honored and privileged to work with such a devoted and giving cast and crew.
Laquan Hailey (Swing for CARL)
Laquan Hailey is proud to be returning to the stage, at the American Theatre of Actors. His most recent includes: Iona university: “Master Harold & The Boys.” Off Broadway: “Dream a Little Dream.” Off-Off Broadway: “Resurrection.” Stella Adler studio: “SWEAT.” He’s an actor born and raised in New York and Graduated with conservatory training from Stella Adler studio of acting.
