Juliana Voss (Laticia)
Juliana previously starred in AmaZing Theatre's production of "Scars", which premiered in 2023. Also, in prominent DMV community theater roles like (Marie) in Earth & Sky, which earned her DCMTA’s Best Featured Actress award. Other notable roles include (Mrs. Muller) in Doubt, (Angela) in Abdication, and the (White Witch) in The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe, Amazing Theatre presentation of "Game Over.".
Curtis McNeil (BoBo)
Playing his first lead as Purlie in "Purlie" by the late and great Ozzie Davis. Since then Curtis has performed in several projects around the globe playing roles from as Martin Luther King in Mountain Top by Katrio Hall, Marty in Dream Girls, C.J. Memphis in, "A Soldiers Play" by August Wilson, to Duke Orsino in Shakespeares, "Twelfth Night". Curtis was last seen on stage as Dr. Martin L. King Jr and has since been directing film and video for his small production company named, CnT Productions LLC. He wishes to thank every person in attendance, "for there is no theater without an audience". Further credits for his career in the arts should be given to God, family, Dr. Carey, Scott Blanks, Dr. Kershaw, Dr. High, and a host of other. Curtis's motto is "let make magic"! God's blessing.
Tamia Haskins (Meriam)
Tamia is a dedicated and versatile actress with a strong background in theatre and formal training. As an alumnus of Savannah College of Art Design, Tamia's recent projects include African Mean Girls, Blithe Spirit, and The Colored Museum.
Kumea Shorter-Gooden (Lillian)
A DC native, clinical/community psychologist, and co-author of the award-winning book Shifting: The Double Lives of Black Women in America, Kumea came late to acting. She has performed in The Vagina Monologues in Los Angeles and in Love’s Disenlightenment, and The Great Outdoors -- two 10-minute plays, produced by Amazing Theatre. She recently played the role of (Dr. Shirley Ann Jackson) in Unapologetic Black Girl Magic, and premiered in the 2023 premiere of “Scars.”
