For the Record Cast
Milo Snyder (Dr. Franklin)Milo is a 16-year-old sophomore at Stanly STEM Early College.
He has been doing Theater for 8 years with the Talent Company
and this is his second school show ever! He's performed in
Cats: Young Actor Edition, She Kills Monsters, Annie, and many
others. He enjoys candles, spending time with his dogs, hanging out with friends, and (of course) theater! Milo would like to thank everyone who made this show possible, especially the director who made rehearsals fun. Enjoy the show!
Jayden Yang (Goldie)A student of the Stanly STEM Early College, Jayden Yang
plays the role of Goldie in For the Record. He is 15 years old and is very energetic. His favorite thing to do is play volleyball. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Omega White (Helen)Omega is an out-going and loveable student who attends
Albemarle High School and enjoys making people laugh.
Paulie Hughes (Humpty)Paulie is a 15-year-old boy, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. His
past theater experience includes the play Clue and he is taking
on a new role in For the Record–he is playing the annoying
character that no one likes, Humpty. Paulie would like the audience to know that he has a record of being friendly and funny, and he also has big, curly hair and forest brown eyes.
Mikayla Selander (Linda)MiKayla Selander is an 18 year old actress from Baltimore, Maryland. Her budding acting career includes the lead role of Wadsworth in Albemarle High School's production of Clue: On Stage. Her creative abilities extend far past the theatre arts, ranging from musical talent, to excellent penmanship, to video game and website creations. She also enjoys assisting her community, with an astounding 100 hours of community service attained in the span of just over one year. Her current ambitions include performing one last show before her graduation this year and continuing to perform both in theatre and in band during her college career.
Attie Wentzel (Luna)Attie Wentzel, 17, was born and raised in northeast Jersey and
moved to North Carolina at age 10. Since moving here, they have
starred in 3 shows, including Albemarle High School's production of Taskmaster. In their free time, they can be found playing games
like Skyrim, Valorant, and Stardew Valley. They also enjoy long walks around Downtown Albemarle. You can find them on

Kayce Stinson (Tyler (& Ensemble))Kayce Stinson is in 9th grade. Even though Kayce only been
in Theater for 2 semesters she has a love of acting and wants
to become an actress after high school. Kayce has 3 years of
chorus experience and loves music and musicals. Besides
acting or singing Kayce loves hanging out with friends,
the beach, and trying new things. Kayce is very excited about being in her first ever production with such amazing and talented actors.
Alexia Cagle (Ensemble)Alexia Cagle, is a student at Stanly STEM Early College. She is very supportive in both as a friend and the ensemble. She loves playing the guitar and is extremely creative. She has great music taste, she sings, and dances to her favorite songs. She also enjoys cooking
for her family even though she is not that good at it. As you can
see Alexia loves expressing herself!!
Brandon Rodriguez-Garcia (Ensemble)I am Brandon Rodriguez Garcia, I was born in Colombia and I
am 14 years old. I studied in Colombia, at the Liceo San Isidro Norte school, from kindergarten to seventh grade. I arrived here in the United States about 3 years ago. I am currently at Stanly STEM Early College. I like to play soccer, listen to
music, learn new things, and I like to socialize with people,
even if it's hard for me sometimes. I would like to use the opportunity that the play gave me to be able to improve my pronunciation in the English language, and to be able to have
more confidence in myself.
Cali Green (Ensemble)Cali Green is an 9th grade student at Stanly County STEM Early College. She is the daughter of Brad and Katie Green and the sister of Ella Green. Her love for the theater was discovered when she played the title role in Annie in her first theatrical performance at the Ansonia Theater. She had a blast participating in several summer camps as well as performing in Big River, A
Christmas Story, Miracle on 34th Street, and Alice in Wonderland.
This year Cali is super excited to be back on stage and participate
in a play with so many new people.
Layla Swaringen (Ensemble)Layla Swaringen is a 9th-grade student at AHS. Her parents
are Alicia Blythe and Mario Swaringen and has 4 siblings.
She fell in love with being an actress when she was watching
Jessie at the age of 11. She doesn't have any experience but she never goes back on her choice so she just got deeper and deeper into wanting to act. Ever since she found out she would be in a play she was head over heels excited and she wouldn't stop talking about "ooouu, guys I'm in theatre~~" even though she wasn't yet. She is very happy she gets to be in a play and a chance to get out of her comfort zone.
Takariyah Harris (Stage Crew)Hey, I'm Takariyah! I’m 16 years old & I’ve just gotten into theater.
I love looking for new experiences and new friends. I love reading poems, playing with my dog, Jaxon, and hanging out with my friends. I also love traveling–I haven’t been around the world, but I want to. I also love spirituality and learning more about psychology.
Lyriana McLendon (Lights & Sound)Lyriana McLendon is a 15 year old black female from
Albemarle, North Carolina.She has 2 semesters of sound and
1 semester of lighting and sound for plays. In her free time
she likes to play the sims 4, bake, draw, paint, drive and watch tv, in her academics her best subject is math and science. One of her favorite classes at school is art and theater arts–she
likes to be involved in things and have a nice attitude.
Annette Olayo (Costumes & Make-Up)Annette is a sophomore at AHS. She enjoys taking naps...as shown. She also loves her cat, Lilo and she guesses her sister's cat, Gary also (he's fat). We have worked very hard on the show and she hopes you enjoy the show. She also hopes for more to come from her cast and crew!
Nevaeh Allen (Stage Manager )Hi, I’m Nevaeh Allen! I am a producer–that is also my role in
the play For The Record. I hope that this play succeeds and that
is my goal to get it there with the help of the Actors, Stage
workers, and AV crew/Lights and sound. I have been in
theater since 9th grade and I think it's a really good class.
I have worked my way up to becoming a producer and
right-hand man. One thing about me is that I am a twin.
