Director & Choreographer, ALHS Drama Program
Danya FirestoneDanya Firestone (she/her/ ella) took the reins of the ALHS DRAMA program in 2020 during the COVID-19 Pandemic and is currently directing her ninth ALHS DRAMA production. She is Lincoln High School's Dean of Culture and has been at ALHS for 6 years. Her arts background includes theater and musical theater performance, a cappella, photography, and dance. She was actually in Shrek the Musical 11 years ago as Gingy/ Sugar Plum Fairy and is delighted to be able to come back to the swamp with her students. ALHS DRAMA students had been requesting to do this show for years and it seemed like the right time.

Music Director
Abby BlakeneyMs. Blakeney joined the ALHS DRAMA program in 2023 and is currently co-directing her fourth ALHS DRAMA production. She is Lincoln High School's Music Teacher and has been at ALHS for 4 years. Her arts background includes choir and band. She is in her fifth year of teaching and actively poaches theater students for the music program which consists of guitar, band, lunch choir, and pep band which performs at as many Lincoln games as possible.

Sophie VigilSophie has spent her years being a huge nerd about theater and is enthusiastic to help lead a show. She's excited to participate in their fourth year of drama at ALHS. Hope you enjoy the show yayy
Music Director for CMS Elementary
Matheus PagliacciMatheus Pagliacci is a proud CMS teacher who is thrilled to work with this group of young performers—many of them making their stage debut. Their preparation was rooted in collaboration and joyful music-making. His background spans music education, music direction and performance, including experiences in Brasil, United States.

Digital Projections Designer & Audio Operator
Luis LeonLuis Leon (he/him) joined ALHS DRAMA to expand his creative thought process. He is a Sophomore and loves to work on things he likes doing. His dream is to win a Grammy and an Oscar.

Lighting Designer & Operator
Jesias CervantesJesias is the brains behind our lights design & operation! He creatively creates mood, emotion and setting through lights. He hopes you enjoy Shrek!

CCD College Intern: Audio & Lights Support
Fuzz NewkirkFuzz (he/ him) is excited to be doing his first production at ALHS. He has been doing theatre for 5 years and is actively getting an associates degree for tech theatre at the Community College of Denver. When he is not working on sound and lighting, he is getting talked into a second dinner from his guinea pigs.

CCD College Intern: Set/ Props, Digital Projections Support
Milo SilvermanMilo Silverman (He/They) is in their second year at Community College of Denver. They are happy to have interned and worked with the Drama team at ALHS. He wants to thank everyone who came to the show, and all the students and staff that made this production possible!

Set Crew & Stagehand
Diego RiveraDiego is a graduating senior and has been in Drama as a Crew member for the last few shows! He helps build and paint set and prop pieces. His favorite from this show is the Bluebird.
