Live theatrical productions have always been a part of Princeton since it's founding:

The first one act play was __ in __; The first full length play was __ in ___; The first musical presented in 1961 was The Pajama Game; The first Shakespeare was Hamlet, The Prince of Denmark in 1963; The first Coffee House Theater was presented in 2011; The final production in the old Matthews Auditorium was Disney's Tarzan with All in the Timing being the first play presented in the new facility.
