For 2024, we are excited to embark on a new chapter under our new name. Originally known as “Mystic Side Opera Company,” (a salute to Malden's historic name when first settled) Malden City Opera's mission remains the same – to make world-class opera accessible to our local community and establish Malden as a vibrant destination for the arts, while better communicating our location and commitment to the Malden Community.
