Theatre Arts

The Madera Unified Theatre Arts programs include the three comprehensive high school theatre arts departments and their seasonal productions and events. Each school year, a collection of six plays or musicals are produced by the high school theatre companies, two from each school. They are Madera High School's Coyote Drama Productions; Madera South High School Theatre Company; and, Torres High School Theatre Company. Each high school supports the students with a career technical education pathway, either in acting, technical, or managerial units of study. Students graduate with certification of completion which allows graduates to continue their performance arts education in secondary study.
