give us your money (Please)
Money makes the world go 'round, and theater is no exception. Donating to our program helps us purchase rights for multiple shows, attend conferences, hire theater professionals, replace old equipment, get the materials we need, and give students theatrical experience in a safe learning environment. Several of our alumni have been able to attend college for technical theater and acting thanks to being able to attend state and national conferences and show colleges what they have learned within our theater. Your money does not go to waste, and we take care to make sure that it goes where it is most needed.
If you don't have the funds to help out right now, fear not! Our program is more than willing to accept donations in the form of supplies and assistance. Know how to use power tools, or a sewing machine? Come to our build days to help out. Old paint, wood, fabric, or clothes lying around the house? We'd love to take that off your hands and put it into use in the theater. For more details about contributing time and supplies, email Ms. Kullman ([email protected]).
For monetary donations, you can donate here, and we also take donations through Venmo (@gwhspatriotplayers). If you wish to have an advertisement in the playbill of an upcoming show, it is $25 for a quarter page, $50 for a half page, and $100 dollars for a full page. Playbill ads are a great way to advertise your business to the local community, shout out a member of the production, or put a meme in the playbill (although we will sometimes do that for free). Donations of upwards of $100 can also send in a logo to be displayed on our show shirts and posters. If you purchase an advertisement for the playbill, please email your graphics to stage management & Ms. Kullman. We will send you a receipt for your donation that you can use for tax-exempt status.
