Welcome to Chaparral Theatre - where everything you see on stage is imagined, designed, and brought to life by students. Since 2021, under the direction of Mr. Foree, our program has produced 12 full-length productions in just 4 years.

Over the past four years, Mr. Foree and his students have earn multiple state-wide recognitions including Best Musical (Hadestown: Teen Edition, 2026), Best Lead Male (Jake Price, Anastasia, 2025), Best Set and Props (Hadestown: Teen Edition 2026 & Into the Woods, 2022), Best Supporting Male and Female (Luke Chester-Garcia and Katerina Anderson, Anastasia, 2025), Best Dance Ensemble (Anastasia, 2025) and many, many more. We've garnered over 1M views on social media for incredible scene transitions and hilarious moments. In fact, the company manager of Broadway's Hadestown reached out to ChapTheatre to share how impressed they were with our production. 

What makes Chaparral Theatre truly unique is that it’s 100% student-led. Every light/sound cue, costume sketch, set piece, and dance move is crafted by the students themselves. There’s no outside parent help, or parents backstage, though we do have an amazing parent booster team who help us shine by running front of house, organizing ticket sales, and leading our fundraising efforts.

ChapTheatre truly is more than your standard high school musical theatre program and we’re proud to say: it’s all Student-led. Broadway-bound.
