Youths under the age of 16 are recommended to be accompanied by a guardian or adult over the age of 18.
Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds allowed.
We do not allow for refunds however we can assist with needing to exchange your tickets for another date and time of performances. Please contact [email protected] with your request and we will assist you!
Late Policy
We do not allow for late seating as seat access is one side only and it disrupts patrons to seat you if you arrive late. Thank you for understanding.

The Ooley Theatre is in a 100 year old building and is a very tiny venue. We wish to accommodate those with special needs so please do reach out to us specifically to detail your needs to us and we will see we what we can do to accommodate.
