Puffs Cast

Landon George (Senior) is thrilled and honored to be a part of Magna Vista’s Puffs. Although he has limited experience (Sgt Fogarty: Chicago HSE), Landon hopes that he can fill this role and will give his absolute best to entertain the audience. P.S. Owen Amos (Senior) was excited to be in Chicago as the last-minute MC, but now it’s gone and he misses it. Sad forever. He has also taken part in both 2019 and 2021 One Acts where he helped to write a piece that would lead them to state with “How to Win a One Act.” In his Freshman year, he took a part in Footloose which would set the stage for four years of awesomeness as a [dramatic music] theatre kid.

Taylor Holland (Sophomore) is so excited to be a part of the cast of “Puffs.” Taylor has previously played Micah (The Internet is Distract-Oh look a Kitten),Teen Skylar (Fix My Life), and Hunyak(Chicago).

MacKenzie (Senior) is excited to play Megan in her final show. After graduation, she is plans to attend James Madison University to study Elementary Education with a minor in Theatre. Recently she was a member of the “Cell Block Tango,” in Chicago: High School Edition, (ya know the one where the SIX girls killed their husbands). She has advanced to State for Forensics three years in a row and was the 2021 Storytelling State Champion. She wants to say a huge thank you to her theatre family for the MAGICal memories they have CASTED over the past four years at this non-magic school. #girlypopqueen out!

​​William Ortega (Senior) is the best, funniest, coolest, nicest, and most talented student in all of Dunn's classes (according to him). Will is excited about being involved with an amazing cast & crew. He cannot wait to perform a truly magical show and make this something amazing to see. Of course he wouldn't even be here if it weren't for Dunn convincing him to stay in Footloose his freshman year, allowing me to find my love for live theater. William has previously been in four previous shows (Footloose, Freaky Friday, Fix My Life, and Chicago: HSE). P.S: Dunn, you are an amazing drama teacher, and you helped me find my passion for theater! P.P.S: I totally didn't have to go back and fix mistakes that I had made. P.P.P.S. Briana (Senior) will graduate this spring with an Associate’s Degree in math and science (Governor's School). Some of her notable acting accomplishments include being the two-time VHSL State Forensics champion for Humorous Interpretation, winning various Outstanding Actress awards from VHSL One-Act Theatre competitions, and portraying the roles of Little Red Ridding Hood (Into the Woods), Ellie Blake (Freaky Friday), and Velma Kelly (Chicago HSE). This is Briana’s last time on the Magna Vista stage, and she’s excited to make the most of it with her wonderful theatre family!

Kennedy Coleman (Senior) is thrilled to perform Puffs alongside her advanced drama class for her last high school show. After graduation, Kennedy plans to attend George Mason University to study forensic science in the fall. Notable acting credits include Janet (Schoolhouse Rock Live! JR.), Left Brain (How to Win a One Act Competition), and Matron “Mama” Morton (Chicago: High School Edition). Kennedy would like to thank Mr. Dunn for always encouraging her and believing in her.

Tiquise Fitzgerald (Senior)--known as "Ty" among his peers--is beyond excited to be performing a brand new type of performance to him. He has participated in previous productions including Musicals and One act competitions. He is excited to participate in a highschool production that is as technical as “Puffs.”

Lorelei Edmonds (Sophomore) is excited to finally act in her first Magna Vista Theater play. She was previously in Legally Blonde Jr. musical (Enid) and Junie B. Jones Jr. musical years and years and years and years and years ago. All props to Dunn!

Danielle Agnew (Freshman) is excited to be a part of the cast for Puff. Danielle has previously performed with P&HCC Patriot Players in “Frozen Jr.” She was also a part of the 2021 One Act Team (Young Skylar) and most recently Chicago High School Edition (Liz) at Magna Vista.

Lauralee Robinson (Sophomore) is equally humbled and excited to join the wonderful cast of Puffs. She found her passion for theatre in the cast of Legally Blonde Jr. at LPMS, and took a lead role as Adult Simba (Lion King Jr.) the following year. She has been fulfilling her dream as a theatrical performer ever since, including participation in MVHS Forensics & Fall One Act Team,P&HCC’s Once Upon a Disney 2, and her recent performance Chicago: High School Edition (Roxie Hart). A couple of Lauralee's biggest influences have been Teresa Martin and Chelsea Krontz who have taught her since the age of three to work hard, strive for greatness and to never give up.

Maeve McCulloch (Senior) is talented, amazing and has quite the high opinion of herself! Maeve is performing as the boy who lived, even though she is a girl that is barely getting by. Maeve has been in two other phenomenal shows directed by Mr. Bryan Dunn, Tuna Christmas (at the BlackBox) and Footloose (at Magna Vista).
