HARVEY

by Mary Chase

November 4-7, 2021

Mary Chase's Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy is the story of Elwood P. Dowd, a polite and friendly man with a very strange best friend—a six-foot, three-and-one-half-inch invisible rabbit named Harvey. Elwood’s sister Veta is concerned the rabbit will interfere with her life as a socialite. So, to avoid future embarrassment for her family—and especially for her daughter, Myrtle Mae—Veta comes up with an idea to get rid of Harvey. The debacle that ensues has everyone questioning just what exactly is real in this heartwarming and hilarious adventure.
