Popcorn Falls Cast

Brianne Beck has been a Winterport Open Stage board member for 10 years. She has directed three productions for WOS: UNNECESSARY FARCE, THE COMPLETE HISTORY OF AMERICA (ABRIDGED), and THE ODD COUPLE (FEMALE VERSION). She has appeared in many WOS productions including THE MARVELOUS WONDERETTES: DREAM ON, NUNSENSE, and JENNY'S HOUSE OF JOY to name a few. She has also been seen on the Penobscot Theatre Company stage in TELL ME ON A SUNDAY, MATILDA, MAMMA MIA, ELF, THE SPITFIRE GRILL, and many others. She has appeared in productions with Ten Bucks Theatre (EPIC PROPORTIONS), the Gracie Theatre (WEST SIDE STORY) and The Grand (BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, ONCE UPON A MATTRESS). Brianne has had the pleasure of choreographing four musicals at the University of Maine and has appeared in several TV commercials.

Jenny is very excited to be back on her “home” stage in Winterport. Jenny is a long time board member and president of the board of directors for Winterport Open Stage. She has previously directed several shows for WOS including MRS. CALIFORNIA, THE BEST CHRISTMAS PAGEANT EVER, and CHARLOTTE'S WEB. Additional theatre credits include: Cindy in HOCKEY MOM (Penobscot Theatre Company), Gretchen in BOEING BOEING (Penobscot Theatre Company), Rosie the Kit Kat girl in CABARET (Midcoast Actor’s Studio), and Tom/Phyllis/Leslie in SYLVIA (True North Theatre). When not performing, Jenny uses her background in youth drama education to shape little minds at Center Drive School where she works as the pre-k teacher. Jenny would like to thank her directors Brianne and Dominick for letting her come along for the ride on this production. (she/her)
