Belles Cast

Stephanie Blok (Roseanne)
Stephanie is a marketing professional, writer, and mother that lives in the St. Pete area. She studied theatre in college and performed in community and professional theater productions. The bulk of her stage time has been as a member of the Strangers and Fools Improv group for the last 15 years. When she is not working or with her family, she works on her blog, TaffytheGreat.com and upcoming book.
Jackie Briggs (Aneece)
Jackie currently works in Finance, but has always had a special place in her heart for live theater. She spent her high school career backstage as the Stage Manager for school shows, but never ventured beyond the curtains for a taste of the spotlight. Jackie would like to thank Jessica for thinking of her for this role and being open to having a newbie on the cast and her friends and family who were delighted to hear of and support her on-stage debut, corona-style.
Jessica Burchfield (Peggy)
Jessica is a Visual and Performing Arts teacher at St. Petersburg Catholic High School and is overjoyed to both direct and appear in this exciting virtual show with WCP. Most recently, Jessica directed last season’s magical Bell, Book, and Candle and is happy to be a part of the WCP directing family. Together with her forever boyfriend, Rob, she would like to thank her favorite SM, Griffin, for keeping her on track, her producer, Helen, for making this happen, and the entire cast of Belles for trusting her, for being her “sisters”, and for taking this whirlwind journey of Corona-Proof Theatre! Enjoy the show!
Lanae Hernandez (Dust)
Lana'e is excited to be joining her fellow theater family in another production. This is Lana'e's first production with West Coast Players and is thrilled to be a part of the journey and play a role that brings out her inner hippie. Lana'e would like to thank her theater mom, Jessica, for this opportunity to be a part of Belles the Virtual Production. She would also like the thank her friends and family for constant support and love.
Alyssa Nichols (Audrey)
Alyssa is thrilled for her *virtual* return to the stage. Although her last formal production was nearly ten years ago, Alyssa continued to perform throughout college and her professional career in finance. She created a recruiter rap YouTube channel and hosts her company’s award shows by writing and performing parody songs. Alyssa would like to thank her parents for their unyielding support and Jessica for giving her this amazing opportunity! Jer 29:11
Gianna Settle (Paige)
Gianna is currently a senior at Saint Petersburg Catholic High School. She discovered her love for the stage at 9 years old and has not stopped acting since. She has been a part of seven productions, and her favorite role was Lord Farquaad, in Shrek the Musical. She has been a part of the Thespian's International Honor Society since sophomore year and is always acting and singing. She would like to thank WCP and Jess for giving her this amazing opportunity! She is so excited to be a part of this show with these amazing people.
Griffin Spriggs (Mike)
Griffin is thrilled to be returning to West Coast Players. He is currently attending the University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre. His WCP credits include Bell, Book and Candle (Stage Manager), The Rocky Horror Show (Stage Manager), It Runs in the Family (Leslie) and Psycho Beach Party (Stage Manager).
