This awards ceremony is appropriate for ages 10-112. Parental discretion is always advised as this is a middle school and high school awards ceremony.

Refund/Exchange Policy

All sales are final. No refunds allowed.

No Refunds or Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to late arrival. We appreciate your understanding and respect for other patrons and performers.

Late Policy

At Eaton Theatre, we strive to provide a high-quality experience for all our patrons and performers. To ensure minimal disruption during performances, the following late arrival policy is in place: 1. Arrival Time We encourage all patrons to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the performance. Doors will close promptly at the posted start time. 2. Late Seating • If you arrive after the performance has begun, you may be seated at a designated break in the performance, such as a scene change, blackout, or intermission, at the discretion of the house staff. • Please note that late seating is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the production and venue layout.

Holding Areas: Late arrivals will be directed to a holding area outside the auditorium until an appropriate seating opportunity arises. To avoid prolonged waiting, we recommend punctual arrival. Reserved Seating: Reserved seating will be held for ticket holders until intermission. After that time, unoccupied seats may be released to other patrons. Courtesy to Others: We ask that all patrons enter quietly and follow the instructions of house staff to minimize disturbances to the audience and performers.
