Daniel Monti, MD, MBA is the founding director and now chief executive officer of the Marcus Institute of Integrative Health- Jefferson Health. He is Professor and founding Chair of the historic, first-ever Department of Integrative Medicine and Nutritional Sciences, Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Thomas Jefferson University.

Dr. Monti works closely with his superb colleagues in the institute and department to continuously expand, refine, and define Integrative Medicine at Jefferson, including innovative clinical programs of excellence, cutting edge medical education, and world-class research. Dr. Monti has dozens of journal publications, international presentations, and media appearances. His newest book, Tapestry of Health, was co-written with Dr. Bazzan was released in August 2020.

Anthony Bazzan, MD, FACN, ABIHM is a pioneer in intravenous micronutrient therapies, including Vitamin C for cancer and immune health. He is one of the country’s top doctors for bio-identical hormone replacement for women and men. Dr. Bazzan is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Integrative and Holistic Medicine, and is fellowship-trained in Geriatric Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition and a scientific member of the Sydney Kimmel Cancer Center. Dr. Bazzan has a national reputation for solving and treating “medical mysteries”. He is co-author of the new release, Tapestry of Health.

Kit Schumaker, BSN RN, has spent her career as a healthcare executive. She has worked in startup companies, where she helped to launch disruptive technologies that challenged established protocols, as well as for large Fortune 50 pharmaceutical/medical companies such as Pfizer, STERIS Corporation, and for the last 20 years with Johnson & Johnson. Kit is happiest when she is operating as a change agent in healthcare.

Her passion is to be an integral part of the current evolution happening in healthcare: combining the power of conventional medicine (surgical and medical intervention) with integrative wellness therapies to prevent disease and optimize health. Kit is a graduate of the University of Virginia and attended the first cohort of the Duke University Leadership Program in Integrative Healthcare.
