STORMÉ Cast

Dallas Diaz (Stormé DeLarverie )
Dallas Diaz (they/them) came back from a long hiatus following Prince’s transition to the other realm. While they initially set out to study theatre in college, Dallas came of age at the onset of the Black Lives Matter movement. Feeling unfulfilled in their predominantly white and cisgender college theater program, they quit to become a community organizer and to work with one of the BLM movement’s founders in Washington DC. Coming back to the theater with a team of dedicated artists for the sake of doing Stormé’s story and legacy justice is an honor and joy that they cannot understate.
