This Random World Cast

Megan Carr (Rhonda)
This is Megan's first time on a Cincinnati stage! Originally from Illinois, she acted in several shows during high school so it's exciting finally getting back into theater. She is so grateful she found a home with the cast and crew of This Random World and commends everyone for the hard work they've put into the show. She'd also like to thank her friends and family for their love and support. A special thank you goes out to her partner, Tyler, who was so encouraging throughout the entire process and played many characters to help her learn her lines. When she’s not on stage, Megan works in Surgery and Anesthesia at MedVet Animal Hospital. She hopes you enjoy the show and appreciate this beautiful story as much as she does!
Jay Gossett (Tim Ward)
Jay is happy to be back on stage again in this production of This Random World, his first adventure on stage since Covid struck the world. He is no stranger to collaboration with his wife, Laura Berkemeier, whom he has been working with since 2016. While oftentimes you can find him stage managing in productions such as Around the World in 80 Days and Star Spangled Girl, both at Mariemont Players; he also has acting credits such as his role in Suite Surrender (Beechmont Players). This is also Jay's second time working as a co-producer with his wife Laura… that can be challenging but also very rewarding. Jay wants to thank his lovely bride for all she does for him on and off the stage, in all aspects of life. Without her the sunrise would not be so sweet.

Most importantly, she would like to thank her wife, Leslie. My love letter to you is infinite. Rockler, my baby, sleep tight and be good to Mama at bedtime. I will be home soon.
