Weston attends the University of South Florida with a double Major in Philosophy and Religious Studies and has been with TBPAA since its inception. He has been teaching musical theater and dram for four years. Weston has Co-directed: Jungle Book KIDS, Seussical KIDS, Willy Wonka KIDS and Cinderella KIDS. He was the Assistant Director for Peter Pan JR, Wizard of Oz JR, and Alice in Wonderland JR. Weston was named "Outstanding Male Performer" 3 times at the International Jr. Theater Festival, Atlanta GA. nclude: Little Shop of Horrors, The Beauty & The Beast JR (Gaston); Godspell JR. Weston also works at TBPAA as: Stage Manager, Master of Ceremonies, Technical assistant, and Stage Acting Instructor.

Lisa Nicole Cane has served as TBPAA's Creative Director since 2008. She has director over 75 musicals and created 100's of shows. She has brought her work to the stage for TBPAA, Clearwater Christian High School, The Florida State Fair, The Florida Strawberry Festival and Disney Springs Main Stage. Her background in creative writing, music theory, vocal performance and dance allows her to synthesize these disciplines into high energy exciting shows.
