Will Barksdale (Jean-Paul Truffaut)
Will Barksdale lives and works in State College. He recently graduated from the University of Denver, and not so recently from State High. When not working, he enjoys theater and classical music.
Ian Dargitz (Mack)
Ian is a third year student at Penn State majoring in psychology. Their first acting role was Colonel Mustard in No Refund Theatre's Clue and they are excited to debut with State College Community Theatre in another whodunit. Enjoy your hooch and nosh, and perhaps also the show.
Yue Mourjoun (Lady Lelu)
Yue is a 21 year old non-binary person from the sunny state of Arizona and based in State College PA! A lover of the arts, both musical and theatrical with over 10 years of experience in dance, acting, singing and music theory.
Rob Burns ("Big Suit" Stu)
Rob has been performing on stage for over 25 years, playing lead roles in plays and musicals through public school and Susquehanna university, with Stone Arch Players for 12 years, the Mifflin County Christmas Musical for 4 years, and now as President of State College Community Theater for the last 5 years. He also has served on the judges panel of The River Valley Idol competition since 2015. Rob is Manufacturing Support Specialist at BK Medical in State College, where he has worked for 17 years. He lives in Reedsville with his wife Kerry and newborn daughter Amelia.
Heidi Cole (Bodyguard)
Ms. Cole is back for another season with SCCT! After dying not once but twice in her debut play Clue on Stage, she returns as Big-Suit Stu’s bodyguard and flaunts her ability two murder not one but two accents! See if she makes it out alive this time! P.S. When she’s not dying on stage, she’s trying hard to stay alive doing improv, standup comedy and karaoke on local stages.
Ana Wakeman (Sweet Sue)
She is from the Hudson Valley area in NY and moved to State College in 2017. She has my BA in Theatre Studies and Communication Studies from Ithaca College and her MA in Theology. By day Ana is a nanny and daycare teacher. By night, Sweet Sue. She enjoys reading, rock climbing, puzzles, and long walks around Boalsburg. She performed as various roles in theatre and film throughout high school and college, led acting workshops and directed plays for children. She recently played Miss Mendacio in A Murder Has Been Renounced for the State College Community Theatre. Enjoy the show!
Rod Egan (Chief Inspector Constantine)
Over the years, Rod has enjoyed being in several shows with SCCT and Nittany Theatre at the Barn. Rod is originally from Wisconsin. Per capita cheese consumption in the U.S. (2021) was 39.4 pounds. Rod does his part to increase that. He consumes most of the cheese at his home in Oak Hall, where he lives with wife Beth and two dogs that are not theirs. Their daughters have gone on to more exciting places. No, Rod does not have a cheesehead hat.
Charlotte Getson (Smitty)
Charlotte has lived in State College for her entire life and you may have even seen her at Schlow Library downtown, where she works as a Library Page. She graduated from Penn State in 2022 with a degree in English. She enjoys reading books and has written several of her own stories, including one about her cat, Callie. This is her third production with SCCT, others being: A Murder Has Been Renounced as Mrs. Ludos and High School Musical in the Ensemble, although she has seen many SCCT productions since she was 7. She would like to thank her family and friends who have helped her prepare for her role as Smitty as well as the cast and crew for all their hard work. She hopes you enjoy the show this evening.
