Kennedy Boshardt (Wife/Dancer)
This is Kennedy's 11th show. Her past roles include Elsa in "Frozen", Mrs. Hannigan in "Annie" and a soloist in "All Together Now!". In her free time she enjoys swimming, hanging out with friends, y Aprendo espanol en la clase de espanol. She would like to thank the Directors for all their hard work and her parents for driving during the gas crises.
Kris Boshardt (Jacob's Wife/Ensemble)
Kris is excited to perform in her first production EVER! Her love of theater has trickled down to her amazing daughters who will also be performing in the show. In her free time Kris loves to spend time with her family and friends as well as craft and sew. She would like to thank her husband for being so supportive and her kids for dragging her along for the ride.
Mary Lynn Bruno (Jacob's Wife/Featured Singer)
Mary Lynn is returning to the stage after a 10 year hiatus. She has performed with Curtain Call Community Theatre, Phillip Lynch Theatre and was a production manager for Providence Catholic. Mary Lynn is married to Mike, has 4 children and one daughter-in-law. She enjoys singing at her church in Joliet on Sundays and for special events. Mary Lynn is grateful to God for the gift of music and would not be here without the support and encouragement of her husband. Thanks, honey!
Amelia Chavez (Wife/Featured Singer)
Amelia is beyond thrilled to make her comeback to the stage after two and a half years. This is her first show at Spotlight Arts Collective after graduating with a B.A. in Theatre from Monmouth College. She has appeared in "Oliver!" as Nancy and "Little Women" as Marmie. She was a three time nominee for the Irene Ryan Competition at the Kennedy Center of Performing Arts Theatre Festival. Amelia hopes that you all enjoy this amazing performancel
Juliana Cogswell (Apache Dancer)
Juliana is a senior at Lincoln-Way East, and she is so excited to be performing in Joseph! Both dance and theatre are very important to Juliana. She has been in 13 musical productions and even choreographs shows for her old middle school. She currently dances at The Dance Company where she’s been on their competitive team since age seven, and she has been a member of Lincoln-Way East’s Varsity Competitive Dance Team since her freshman year, earning All-Conference since her sophomore year and being captain since her junior year. Next year, Juliana will attend Boston College where she looks to continue her passions of dance and theatre. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Martin Donahue (Naphtali)
Marty is excited to be back on stage. It's been over ten years since his last show. He is even more excited to be in the cast with his son and daughter for their first show. Marty has performed in "Joseph", "Annie", "How to Succeed" and "Bus Stop" in the past. Marty would like to thank all of his family and friends for their help and support!
Mitchell Elzinga (Joseph)
Mitchell is thrilled to be working with such a fun and talented cast! His first show with Spotlight was last fall in “Rock of Ages”. The role of Joseph is a dream come true, as this show has been special to him and his family since he was a boy. Music, theater, and the arts have always been an important part of Mitchell's life; Mitchell plays 12 instruments, and has participated in several shows, choirs, and musical ensembles. When not creating music or performing, Mitchell enjoys rock climbing, working on cars, and spending time with friends and family. Thanks to everyone for coming and enjoy the show!
Joseph M. Fatigante (Gad/Canaan Dancer)
Joseph can’t wait to dazzle you with this fun-filled show! Joseph is an undergraduate at Illinois State University studying Middle Level Education with endorsements in math & science. Joseph’s previous credits include "The Addams Family" (William Street Rep), "Hairspray" (BrightSide Theatre), "Grease" (Small Town Theatrics), and "Elf" (Community Players Theatre). I would like to thank my family for supporting me in everything I do, giving me their constant love and support. I would like to thank my friends and MLTE family for believing in me!
Ray Fischer (Asher)
On his 7th grade field trip, seeing Donny Osmond perform as Joseph, was the catalyst for Ray's love for theater. This past summer, Ray enjoyed playing a brother, so he wanted to do it again! Ray is grateful for Tina for supporting this opportunity, and his daughter Mary for making the trip to Canaan with him again. Erin Fitzpatrick (Narrator)
Erin is excited to get the opportunity to play the Narrator, but even more happy to be doing this show with her son, Brendan. Erin has a degree in Musical Theatre from Wright State University and is a proud drama teacher. Some of her favorite roles include Mary in "Merrily We Roll Along". Jo in "Little Women", and Donna in "Mamma Mia". She would like to thank the production staff for this opportunity and would especially like to thank her husband, mom, and kids for supporting her. Clare Greenan (Wife/Dancer)
Clare is thrilled to be in her first show with Spotlight Arts Collective and second show ever! She grew up watching the Joseph movie with Donny Osmond, so this is a dream and very nostalgic for her to be in the show herself! Clare would like to thank her family and friends for being so supportive and God for providing peace and everything she needs in a world that is changing every day. Philippians 4:6-7
Kinley Hannig (Wife/Dancer)
Kinley is in 8th grade and loves to dance, spend time with friends & family, and read. She read over 80 books in 2022 alone. Her last show was "Oliver", when she was the youngest cast member at 3 years old. Now she's one of the youngest wives, so we are sensing a theme here. She'd like to thank her family and the directors, and hopes you enjoy the show!
Tim Hannig (Potiphar/Pharaoh)
Tim is delighted to share the Spotlight stage with 3 of his kids, although he's a little stressed that his 8th grade daughter Kinley is now a wife. Tim's previous roles include Javert in "Les Miserables", George Banks in "Mary Poppins", Pulitzer in "Newsies", & Daddy Warbucks in "Annie". This is also Tim's third time playing Pharaoh, so at this point he's hoping to just move into Graceland. Tim is a full time magician who regularly gets to amaze school, church & corporate audiences. Emilie Harvey (Wife/Featured Singer)
Emilie is so excited to be performing again after being off stage for twelve years. She’s especially thrilled to be performing alongside her daughter, Eleanor. She lives in Manhattan with her incredibly supportive family and is a 1st grade teacher at Wilson Creek. Some of her favorite roles have been Laurie in "Oklahoma", Millie in "Picnic", and Chava in "Fiddler on the Roof". Thank you to the production staff for this awesome opportunity!
Chris Hasson (Dan/Baker)
Chris is fired up to be in Joseph; which was his very first musical back in high school! He was last seen onstage nine years ago in Shrek (Shrek). Other memorable turns include "West Side Story" (Tony), "Guys & Dolls" (Sky Masterson), "Producers" (Franz Liebkind), "Seussical" (Horton), and "Oliver" (Bill Sikes). Chris also worked on the production side for many shows as a music director, percussion/pit player, stage manager, and the assistant director for this groups first two productions: JCS and Grease with Lincoln-Way Area Summer Stock Theatre. Additionally, he performs in his cover band Minor Details with castmate Jaime Zwart. Chris would like to thank his family and friends for their constant love and support. Gavin Klaus (Benjamin Calypso)
Gavin is 14 years old and has been doing musicals since the 4th grade. He has been seen in "Frozen, Jr.", "Willy Wonka, Jr.", "Beauty and the Beast, Jr.", and "Legally Blonde, Jr.". His favorite role he has ever played was Lumiere. He is very excited to play Benjamin Calypso in Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat.
Megan Lanz (Wife/Dancer)
Megan was an active member of her high school and college drama departments. She performed in the ensemble of "Sleeping Beauty", "Godspell", and "Little Shop of Horrors". She also portrayed Baroness in "The Sound of Music". This is her first community theater performance. She is excited and proud to be a part of the Joseph cast!
Joe Mackinac (Simeon)
This is Joe's debut performance with Spotlight Arts Collective. While he is no stranger to Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat, it's been awhile. He first performed in this show as a 6th grader at Reavis High School back in 1983. Joe’s past credits include Drake in "Annie", Conrad Birdie in "Bye Bye Birdie", Mortimer in "Arsenic and Old Lace", Sid Sorokin in "The Pajama Game" and Ewart Dunlop/Quartet in "The Music Man".
Stephen Miller (Jacob)
Steve is happy to be performing with Spotlight again. He has appeared in dozens of productions in the southwest suburban area over the past 30 years. Over the years, he has gone from appearing as a brother in Joseph to Jacob! This time, it’s a family affair with his wife, daughter and granddaughter all part of the production. They are known as “The Millers” and once again they are all together. They hope you will enjoy the show as much as they enjoy performing it.
Kathy Miller (Jacob's Wife/Ensemble)
Kathy is very excited to be on stage with her wonderful husband and adorable granddaughter with her beautiful daughter directing! Kathy has been seen in many shows in the southwest suburban area. She hopes you enjoy this show as much as she has enjoyed being with this amazing cast and production staff!
Nick Natalie (Issachar/Butler)
Nick, who plays the role of Issachar/Butler is extremely proud to be joining this production of Joseph. Nick recently graduated from Bradley University with a User Experience Design major and is continuing to pursue a career. Nick has also had the opportunity to play other roles such as Shrek in "Shrek the Musical" and the Beast in "Beauty and the Beast". Nick wants to thank his friends and family who continue to support him.
Kevin Reutter (Levi)
Kevin is thrilled to return for his third performance at Spotlight. He previously played Sam in Spotlight's production of "Mamma Mia" and Juror #1 in "12 Angry Jurors". Other favorite roles include Oliver Hix in "The Music Man" and Brother Jeremiah in "Something Rotten". He would like to thank the production staff of Joseph for giving him a chance to perform in one of his favorites! A huge thanks to his family for their love and support. Courtney Schrank (Wife/Dancer)
Courtney has over 25 years of dance experience including ballets and musicals like "Jesus Christ Superstar", "The Wizard of Oz" and "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat", of which this is her 3rd time performing it. She owns her own interior design studio and likes to paint, travel and shop in her spare time. Courtney would like to credit her family, friends and God for getting her where she is today.
Monica Schrank (Wife/Dancer)
Monica is a recent college graduate and an Early Childhood Education teacher. She has danced for 14 years and has been in many productions such as "Jesus Christ Superstar" and "The Wizard of Oz". This is Monica's third production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. In her free time she enjoys reading, shopping and traveling. She would like to thank her family, friends and God for always being there for her.
Piper Smith (Wife/Dancer)
Piper will be playing a wife. This is her first time with Spotlight, although she has been in multiple other musicals such as "Madagascar" where she played a passerby and lemur, "Wizard of Oz" as multiple characters, but mostly a dancer. Her most recent musical was "Shrek" where she played the White Rabbit and performed as a lead Duloc dancer.
Sadie Smith (Wife/Dancer)
This is Sadie's second show with Spotlight. Past roles include Chief Ancestor #1 in "Moana", young cast in "Shrek" and Mayor of Munchkinland "Wizard of Oz". Sadie enjoys singing with the Manhattan Junior High School madrigal program and dancing competitively at The Dance Company. She is thankful to be privileged enough to participate in the Spotlight Arts Collectives theater program.
Eric Walton (Simeon)
Zenon Zamora (Zebulon)
Zenon is very exited to be playing Zebulon in this production of Joseph. He recently graduated from Illinois State University's Wonsook Kim College of Fine Arts. He was recently seen as Brother Roman in Center Stage Production's of "Fortunate Sons" in Naperville. He was also seen in the short film "One More Take" which can be found on Bespoke Production's YouTube Channel. A Lincoln-Way West alumni, he is happy to be back on this stage again.
Jaime Zwart (Mrs. Potiphar)
Jaime is ecstatic to be a part of Spotlight Arts Collective with her first production with them. Jaime has been in numerous productions throughout the south side. Favorite roles include Janet in "The Drowsy Chaperone", Ulla in "The Producers" and Cassie in "A Chorus Line". Jaime gets to share this experience with her husband, Rick and her daughters Paige and Avery and her stepson Logan and couldn't be more thrilled. Much love to family and friends. Go Go Go Joe!
