Firebringer Cast

Annalise Houghton (Jemilla)
(She/Her) Annalise Houghton is a Junior Solebury School and is ecstatic to play Jemilla in STC's Firebringer! Throughout her years at Solebury Annalise has played a myriad of roles, from the merry murderess Mona in Chicago, to one of the Narrators in Try to Remember: A SoleStage Retrospective. Annalise would like to thank Directors Rebecca and Peter for putting on a spectacular show, her friends and family, and hopes everyone enjoys! Now, We've Got Work to Do!
Kai Samad (Zazzalil)
Kai is a 12th grader at Solebury and is so excited to be in another Solebury Theater Collective production! Previously, Kai has been various different characters in shows such as Leanne in Puffs, Liz in Chicago, one of the Narrators in The Terrible Infants, and (most recently) Wendla Bergman in Spring Awakening. Kai would like to thank the cast and crew for everything they've done for this show!
Karys Rattray (Emberly)
(She/Her) Karys Rattray (Emberly) is a freshman, ecstatic to perform in her first show at Solebury. She has been in several performances before, but her most memorable role is Maya in Maya’s Possibilities. She wants to give thanks to the Moving Mountains Theater Company, NYC as well as her friends and family for all of their love and support. She would also like to thank every ‘fire starter’ who made it possible for Solebury's Firebringer to come alive.
Kaz Jahanbani (Grunt)
(He/Him) This is Kaz's fifth show at Solebury. He previously performed in SSTI’s summer stock production of The Music Man, along with various roles in Solebury’s past productions. His first introduction to Solebury’s theatre department was at 10 years old, playing Lefou in their summer camp’s production of Beauty & The Beast. He cannot wait to continue his four years as a performer within Solebury’s theater collective, and hopes you enjoy the production. Finally, he would like to thank his dear mentor, Cher, for her contributions to his talents. @kazbini
Elli Vallow (Chorn)
(She/Her) Elli is a senior at Solebury School. She is incredibly excited to play Chorn in this production of Firebringer. in She has been in every production at Solebury since sophomore year. Roles include Ilse in Spring Awakening, female swing in Ride The Cyclone, Mary Sunshine in Chicago, and Storyteller in The Terrible Infants. She has done theatre since 2nd grade, including Roxy Ballet, New Hope-Solebury shows, community theaters, competition pieces nearby, and broadway intensives in the heart of New York City. She is also a part of the residency program run by Peter Martino. It has been the best thing that's ever happened to her. These productions and in residency have brought such a light to her after the pandemic, and would love to thank Rebecca and Peter for bringing this hilarious show to light. Chorn is god.
Arianna Dempsey (Molag)
(She/Her) Arianna is a senior and is very excited to participate in her third Solebury Theater Collective production as Molag the War Master in this winter's show, Firebringer! You may recognize her from last years production of Chicago or from Try to Remember, but Arianna has made a return to the stage for one last hurrah. She would like to thank Peter and Rebecca for their constant love and support. She would also like to thank her family for blessing her with all of her wacky and creative potential and can't wait to share the stage with her friends for one last time.
Christopher Roche (Ducker)
(He/Him) Christopher is a 12th grader who has performed in many shows at Solebury. He has had a lot of fun with the production of Fire Bringer and thought it was a great experience. He would like to thank Peter, Rebecca, and Titus for this fabulous opportunity and for putting up with him for all these years.
Amelia Lytkowski (Schwoopsie - u/s Zazzalil)
(She/They) Amelia Lytkowski is a returning Junior at Solebury School. In past roles, she has played: June, in Solebury’s Winter production of Chicago. She’s thrilled to be able to play Schwoopsie this year in Solebury’s Firebringer.
Fiji Trinkley (Tiblyn)
(She/Her) Fiji is a sophomore who participates in the Solebury theatre camp every summer. She is really excited to play her part, and to work with everyone to make sure this musical is the very best!
Scarlett Betz (Keeri)
(Any) Scarlett is a senior at Solebury, and this is her fourth and final year with the Solebury Theater Collective. Previously, he has played Mrs. Gabor in Spring Awakening, and a Storyteller in the Terrible Infants. They would like to thank Peter for giving them the opportunity to do their best work, Titus for encouraging her to get back into theater, and her advisor, Meg, for being the most helpful, loving, and caring rock Scarlett could’ve asked for these past four years.
Zac White (Smelly Balls)
(He/Him) Zac is in his freshman year here at Solebury. He’s been doing school musicals since fourth grade, although because of complications with previous directors this is his first time in a large role. Zac would like to thank every single person who had even a small part in getting him to where he is now and beyond.
Chloe Howes (Claire/Trunkell/Snarl - u/s Chorn)
(They/Them) Chloe is a senior at the Solebury school and this is their fifth play here. They are excited for their final musical here at Solebury.
Leel Dias (Clark)
(He/Him) Leel is a senior who is thrilled to be in this winter's production. Previously, Leel has been a part of Head over Heels and Chicago. Leel would like to thank his parents for their constant support!
Nathaniel Ferenchak (Nicolai - u/s Grunt)
(He/Him) Nathaniel has been doing theater since he was in 3rd grade. Nathaniel has always loved to sing and dance, and he is excited to do it here at Solebury. Nathaniel is a sophomore. Nathaniel would like to thank his parents and his brother.
Olivia Feinstein (Tribe - u/s Keeri)
(She/Her) Olivia Feinstein is a senior, and this is her 19th show and 2nd at Solebury. Some of her favorite roles include Drizella in Cinderella and Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz. Olivia enjoys drawing, dancing, reading, and playing with her dogs when she isn't acting. She would like to thank the crew for an amazing show and her family for their support.
Mischa Mustufa Lokhandwala  (Tribe - u/s Tiblyn)
(He/They) Mischa Lokhandwala is a freshman and this is his second show with Solebury. He previously played Robert and Dirk in Spring Awakening. Mischa has had an amazing time discovering any and everything Solebury has to offer regarding theatre. When they aren’t acting, he is reading, drawing, listening to Mitski, or singing. He wants to thank the cast and crew as well as his family for their constant support.
Sofia Allen (Tribe - u/s Molag)
(She/Her) Sofia Allen is a 9th Grader at the Solebury School. Sofia has done multiple shows with the company Acting Naturally and recently Starcatchers. Sofia would like to thank her parents Wendy and Jason and her friends for always being there when she needed them and also for being her biggest supporters. Sofia is extremely excited to be apart of Solebury’s Theater Program and she hopes to do more shows in the future.
Olivia Smith (Tribe - u/s Emberly)
(She/They) This is Olivia's first production with STC, and she is so excited! They are in their freshman year, and some of their previous roles include Crutchie from Newsies and Charlie from Oliver! When Olivia is not acting, she plays guitar, draws, and loves to watch cartoons (her favorite is The Owl House). She hopes you enjoy the show!
Elena Howes (Tribe - u/s Shwoopsie)
(Any) Elena is a freshman doing their first musical at Solebury. She has a passion for singing and is excited to participate in more Solebury productions as well as advance to higher roles in the years to come. They have previously appeared in The Little Mermaid Jr. as Carlotta as well as having an ensemble role. They would like to thank the cast and crew for making this a fun and memorable experience.
