She is planning on continuing her passion for performing in college, and is so excited to play Gabrielle in this year's production of Cinderella!
Ensemble (Annabelle Bagdon)
Annabelle is a 10th grade student at Sanford School. Her favorite extracurricular is STRC because she has met so many amazing people and is grateful to be a part of this family. Her first musical was Beauty and the Beast in 7th grade, which was followed by Bye Bye Birdie in 8th grade. During COVID, Annabelle participated in the Sanford Musical Revue. She also has been a part of two plays at Sanford: Vintage Hitchcock: A Live Radio Play (where she played Daisy Bunting) and Clue (where she played Yvette). Annabelle is excited to return to a more normal year with SRTC and is so grateful for all of the people who made it possible to put on this production!
Ella (Amanda Belej)
Amanda is beyond thrilled to be performing in her first live SRTC musical! She fell in love with theater at the age of nine while playing the role of Flounder in The Little Mermaid Jr. She has enjoyed performing at several local theaters and some of her favorite credits include Katherine Plummer in Newsies (Stagelight at SALT Performing Arts), Miss Scarlett in Clue (SRTC), Spiker in James and the Giant Peach and Gertude McFuzz in Seussical (Limelight Performing Arts Center). When she is not on the stage, Amanda can be found target shooting with the archery club, writing songs, and playing D&D. Amanda would like to thank Mr. Williams, Mrs. Kowalski and Dann Dunn for their amazing instruction, inspiration, and always letting us know “It’s possible!”. She would also like to thank the wonderful cast and crew of Cinderella and all of her family and friends for their continued support!
Charlotte (Hailey Bianchi)
Hailey is a senior concluding her journey in SRTC. With two shows and a revue under her belt, she cannot wait to round out her SRTC career by playing Charlotte, an evil stepsister. She believes this is her most entertaining role and is excited for everyone to see it. From being cast as an ensemble member to now finishing strong with a supporting role, Hailey has been truly grateful for the lessons SRTC has taught her. In her free time, Hailey enjoys listening to music, raising awareness for mental health, and learning about science and medicine. Hailey would like to thank her family and friends for supporting and encouraging her every step of the way! She would also like to thank her teachers who have always been her biggest cheerleaders and Mr. Clint Williams, who has taught her that everyone has talent, it just takes longer for some people to discover it. Overall, she is sad to leave behind her SRTC family that has become such an integral part of her development throughout high school, but she is confident that she and they will all do amazing things in the future! Her final piece of advice is this: try everything once, even if it scares you, and always find motivation in the “can’t”s in life.
Ensemble  (Sam Cascio)
Sam is in 7th grade and Cinderella is his first Sanford Repertory Theatre Company musical. After seeing the SRTC performance of Anything Goes when he was in second grade, he knew that someday he wanted to be on the Sanford stage. Sam is in the Sanford Middle School Rock Band, plays tenor saxophone in the Sanford 7/8 Band, sings in the Sanford 7/8 Chorus, and made Delaware All-State Jr. Chorus this year. He is so excited to be in his first SRTC musical. He also would like to say thanks to his mom and dad for supporting him.

This year Campbell also made Delaware All-State Jr. Chorus. She is in The Frooty Pebblez (Middle School Rock Band) and 7/8 Chorus. Campbell came to Sanford last year (6th grade) from St. Croix, U.S.V.I. and has loved it ever since. Last year, because of COVID, there were no performing arts, so this year when it was announced that SRTC productions were coming back, Campbell was overjoyed. Outside of school, Campbell enjoys sailing, playing her guitar, sewing, embroidering, crafting, and hanging out with her friends. Campbell also enjoys her voice lessons with Mrs. Williams. Campbell would like to thank her parents for always supporting her, and she would also like to thank Mr. Williams for always encouraging her to try new things, like All-State Chorus.

Adelena is a senior, and has been avidly involved in SRTC since she came to Sanford freshman year. Previously she has been in Sideways Stories From Wayside School, Beauty and the Beast, The Diary of Anne Frank, Bye Bye Birdie, and more. Most recently she played Wadsworth in Sanford’s production of Clue. She has enjoyed playing a variety of roles and is extremely grateful for everything that Sanford performing arts has provided over the years. Apart from theater, Adelena loves exploring new music and movies, writing, and hanging out with her cat, (she also has friends that are pretty cool too). Throughout high school Adelena has grown to love participating in US Choir, Vocal Ensemble, and taking lessons with the amazing Noel Williams. Clint Williams has also been an incredible leader, mentor, and teacher to Adelena, and she thanks him and Noel for everything they do for Sanford performing arts. She would also like to give a special thanks to the directors she has worked with at Sanford: Tori Healy, Sarah Nowak, and Dann Dunn, as well as Jennifer Kowalski for all her help and guidance. Furthermore, endless gratitude goes to her family, especially her mom for the continuous support. Adelena has met some of her closest friends through SRTC and has made her most beloved high school memories through this program and community. While she will miss the classes in Geipel, the rehearsals, the laughter, the artistic collaboration, playing villains, and the utter ridiculousness of performing arts, she feels well-prepared to continue her passions and interests after highschool. SRTC has provided invaluable education, preparedness, and performance experience that Adelena can take with her throughout all her future artistic endeavors. Finally, a huge shoutout goes to the cast and crew of Cinderella; Adelena is extremely proud of everyone involved, and she hopes you enjoy the show.

Additionally, at his old school in Germany, he also took part in the school's upper and middle school choir. Outside of acting and singing he has been taking guitar lessons and been a part of a professional hip hop dance team back home. Fernando is very thankful to have been able to get such great experiences out of his short period of time in SRTC so far. This show is especially exciting for him, since it will be his first and last big musical with SRTC, and he truly appreciates all the hard work from cast and crew that flows into making these shows so amazing.

SRTC is part of what drew Hannah to this school and where some of her most favorite memories of Sanford have been made. She would like to thank both Williamses and Mrs. Kowalski for all of their guidance, patience, and humor. She would also like to thank the rest of her beloved theatre youths, they have made these three years so special and she will miss them very much. She would like to tell them to always always ask for help whenever they feel they might need it and to tip your waiter when dozens of you invade a local restaurant fresh out of a performance 5 minutes before their kitchen closes. Kisses!
Ensemble (Liam Jezyk)

Sean started his performing arts career in the musical Seussical, in which he played a Little Who and an Angel. Sean has been involved in every aspect of the performing arts during his time at Sanford: Choir, Band, and also Vocal Ensemble, an audition-based choir where he has enjoyed working on harder music. Sean takes voice lessons at Sanford to improve every aspect of his voice to become a better musician. Sean has been in the musicals Beauty and the Beast, Bye Bye Birdie in which he played Randolph MacAfee, one of the main characters, last year’s Sanford Musical Revue, and now Cinderella. Sean has been in two plays at Sanford, Vintage Hitchcock: A Live Radio Play, and Clue. Outside of Sanford Sean had the opportunity to be in the musical Shrek as a part of Broadway Experience Student Theater. Sean enjoys everything music-oriented and cannot wait for his future works with Sanford’s performing arts.
Ensemble (Emma Kovacs)
Emma is a senior, and Cinderella is her fourth show with SRTC. She has previously been in Beauty and the Beast, Bye Bye Birdie, and most recently CLUE, and was a part of stage crew for the 2021 Sanford Musical Revue. She also plays the flute and has participated in All-State Band three times, and is currently a part of the Delaware Youth Symphony Orchestra. She has had so much fun being a part of such an incredible community in SRTC, and she wants to thank everyone in it for being so supportive and welcoming. Being on stage has let her grow as a performer and as a person, as Beauty and the Beast was her first musical and Clue was her first play, and each were incredible (but tough) learning experiences. Now, she can’t wait for the chance to participate in theater in the future. She is sad that she didn’t play in the pit orchestra during high school, but she wouldn’t trade her experiences being on the stage for anything.
Topher (Trenton LaPoint)
I am a mixture of excited, terrified, and flabbergasted to be cast as Topher in Cinderella, which will be my ninth show at Sanford. I have participated onstage in Legally Blonde, Sideways Stories from Wayside School, Beauty and the Beast, The Diary of Anne Frank, Bye Bye Birdie, Vintage Hitchcock: A Live Radio Play, the Sanford Musical Revue, and Clue. Being on stage has given me something that I love to do and that I’m excited about. Even though theater is no longer a path I am planning to pursue, I will try to continue performing as much as possible. SRTC has changed my life in more ways than I could ever describe. It has given me family, friends, mentors, and a place that consistently brings me joy. The people there, both adults and students, have pushed me to be a person that I can legitimately be proud of and I will never be able to thank them enough. I hope you enjoy and experience the magic that we have worked so hard to bring alive.

He wants to thank his family, Mr. & Mrs. Williams, Mrs. Kowalski and his fellow SRTC members for their support and helping to mentor him this year. A musical theatre fan, Aidan is looking forward to being in future SRTC shows. He hopes you enjoy the magic of Cinderella and SRTC, too!

She has performed with the Wilmington Drama League, Aldersgate, Jr. All-State Chorus, Reedy Point Players, and studies dance at Anna Marie Dance Studio.
Ensemble (Emma Smith)
Emma is a senior and Cinderella will be her third and final show with SRTC. Previously, she has been in Sanford’s productions of Beauty and the Beast and Bye Bye Birdie. She has loved her time with Sanford’s performing arts department, having had the opportunity to participate in every ensemble; singing soprano in US Choir and Vocal Ensemble, as well as playing clarinet in US Band and tenor sax in US Jazz Band. She has participated in All-State Band on the clarinet since ninth grade and All-State Chorus in eleventh and twelfth grade. Emma has grown so much as a musician throughout her four years at Sanford and she couldn’t be more grateful to the performing arts faculty. She would like to thank Noel and Clint Williams, for motivating her to audition for incredible opportunities, and Jeff Molush, for believing in her musical abilities and encouraging her to audition for All-State and play new instruments. Emma would also like to thank her friends and family for always being so supportive.
Marie (Alexis Winner)
Alexis is a senior, and Cinderella will be their ninth and final show with SRTC. They have performed onstage in Legally Blonde, Sideways Stories from Wayside School, Beauty and the Beast, the Sanford Musical Revue, and Bye Bye Birdie, and worked with the crew on The Diary of Anne Frank, Vintage Hitchcock: A Live Radio Play, and Clue. Behind the scenes of the show, Alexis has found their passion — building sets, sound design, lighting, and stage management. They look forward to pursuing a career and degree in technical theater and are excited to find a theater family beyond the reaches of SRTC. However, before they head off for good, they have a few words for the people who have helped them discover themself: Firstly, I’m so glad you don’t have to hear me talk about myself in the third person anymore, sorry if that was painful. Secondly, I would like to use this time to express my love and appreciation to everyone on the cast and in the crew, my second family, for their work in this show. I’m sad to go, but I couldn’t have wished for better people to bring this world alive with. I want to thank Noel and Clint Williams, as well as the amazing Mrs. Kowalski (though I can never not call you Kelman), for sticking with me, even after I cried myself off the stage of my first audition. Without the three of you, my voice and confidence (I could go on, but I’ll spare you) would never have gotten to the level they have reached today, and for all of your little pushes for me to pursue what I truly want in life. Many thanks to Dann Dunn for giving 8th grade me the opportunity to be Kiki in Legally Blonde and introducing me to my undying love of performance. Although they are no longer at Sanford, I can’t help but thank Mr. Molush and Mrs. Capone for helping me realize the greatness of backstage – the forgotten wonders of the theater world, maintaining the magic of performance all while remaining unseen (hopefully). Also, to my family, who should maybe get the most credit of all; you all were the ones who had to live through every painfully thin-walled moment of my singing since age six. Thank you for teaching me and loving me and supporting me no matter what. And last but not least, Marian Chau; you may not know me, but your otherworldly piano skills have saved me more than once since the times of 5/6 Chorus. Well, I guess it’s my time to go, to everyone in the show and behind the scenes, break a leg and remember to watch those queues in the booth! I love you all more than I could ever express. Thank you for sharing this experience with me.
Ensemble (Amelia Xu)
Amelia has admired SRTC for many years, and she is really excited to be in Cinderella as a sophomore. Amelia grew up immersed in the performing arts, occupying herself with contemporary dance, ballet, singing, and violin. She is currently a member of the US Choir, and takes voice lessons to develop her skills and confidence. She also enjoys practicing violin in the company of her dog. Amelia has participated in All-State Chorus since seventh grade, and she intends to advance her musical capabilities throughout the rest of her high school career. Amelia attributes all of her success to the support of her family and friends, and she can’t wait for them to see the show.
Jean-Michel (Patrick Young)
Patrick is a sophomore at Sanford. He is excited to be in his first Sanford production. This is his third on-stage production. Previously, he has performed in High School Musical Jr. as Troy and West Side Story as Officer Krupke at his local theatre in Middletown, The Everett Theatre. Before being on stage, he helped backstage by being a part of the stage crew in shows such as Matilda, A Christmas Story, Annie Jr, and more! Outside of theatre, Patrick enjoys listening to music, creating music, playing lacrosse, and playing different sports. He would like to thank Dann Dunn, Mr. Williams, and Mrs. Kowalski for trusting him to play this role. He additionally would like to thank his family for always supporting him in what he does.
