Nina BardinNina is a senior here at SDA. She loves art and the outdoors. She’s super excited to have worked doing props for SpongeBob the musical.

Costume Crew
Avi BarnardAvi is fourteen years old and a freshman here at SDA. This is the second theater production she's helped out with this school year and she can't wait for many more! Hope you enjoy the show!

Publicity Manager
Jasper BierJasper Bier (Junior) is excited to participate in SpongeBob the Musical as Publicity Director. It is his 4th production at SDA after working on The Play that Goes Wrong, One Act Festival and Cabaret Night. In their free time Jasper loves to hang out with their friends and play video games such as Rimworld. He is super excited and hopes you enjoy the show.

Lighting Crew
Kai BunyakKai Bunyak (Freshman) is super stoked to be on the lights crew for The Spongebob Musical. This marks their first show at SDA and they look forward to doing more. In their free time, Kai enjoys Comedy Sportz, playing Dungeons & Dragons, reading Shakespeare, and many other stereotypical nerd activities. Kai hopes you enjoy the show!

House Manager, Scenic Charge Artist and Set Designer
Mariella BurnsMariela Burns is a Junior at SDA, and the Set Designer, and Scenic Charge (and house Manager), for this year’s production of The Spongebob Musical! In past shows, she’s been Assistant set designer and House manager, along with working on painting crew consistently. You can find her in the shop getting paint on all her clothes, or in the lobby cutting out the name/seat numbers on your playbill. She is very excited to show you the nautical interpretation of Bikini Bottom created for this show, and she hopes you have the best time ever watching it!

Mara Cabrera AntiowakMara Cabrera is a Freshman at SDA and is currently working on the musical spring production as a member of paint crew. She is excited about being a part of the process and a part of a great community! In her free time she enjoys dance, books, and painting. She is grateful for this opportunity hopes you enjoy the show.

Lead Electrician
Mella ColemanMella Coleman is a Sophomore who is very excited to be the lead electrician for this production! She enjoys working with such amazing people in lighting. This will mark her second production as lead electrician and seventh production doing lights. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends

Axion ContrerasAxion is a junior at SDA, this is his first year in theater and He has enjoyed watching previous productions in this theater, and is excited to be a part of the costume crew. He joined the theater to share the joy of production with the work and better understand the meaning of it.

Ainsley ElsnerAinsley is a freshman and a part of the costume crew at SDA. She enjoys doing ballet, acting, singing, and drawing. She hopes to take part in many SDA shows in the future.

Set Construction Crew
Skye FenatiSkye Fenati is a freshman who paints and builds scenes for the Spongebob Musical. This is their first production at SDA and they're very excited! In their free time, they like to hang out with their friends and draw. They can't wait to see how the musical turns out and thanks everyone who worked on it.

Makeup and Hair
Kare FinchKare is in her first production doing tech theater. She is excited to learn and be part of a school musical. She loves doing hair and makeup and has had an interest in it since she was little so this will be a fun experience for her and she is looking forward to it!

Assistant Stage Manager
Mary GrendaMary Grenda is a Sophomore at SDA and is thrilled to be an Assistant Stage Manager for this production. She loves working in the theater, especially with such great people! If she’s not in the theater, she's probably in a dark room, on letterboxd, tearing movies to shreds with her reviews. She wants to shout out all of the cast and crew for making another great show! Gwyneth HuberGwyneth Huber is a Junior who has a strong love for the stories created by film and theatre. With the Spongebob Squarepants Musical being her first experience of working behind the scenes in a production, she is amazed every day by the passion of those around her. She hopes those watching will enjoy themselves and continue supporting SDA's theatre program!

Properties Manager
Solace HughesSolace Hughes (senior) is excited to be the Properties Manager in SDA's The Spongebob Musical! This is their fifth production at SDA. thy have been a part of Pippin and The Play That Goes Wrong. In their free time, Solace enjoys drawing and reading. They are so exited to be working on this musical and hope you enjoy the show!

Crow JohnsCrow Johns is excited to be part of the props crew for the Spongebob Musical! This is their 2nd production at SDA. They were on the props crew for The Play That Goes Wrong last semester and were part of the costume crew for Mytholouges during their freshman year. In their free time, they enjoy reading and hanging out with their friends. They're so excited to be a part of the show and they hope you enjoy it!

Gene KensickGene Kensick (senior) is a part of the amazing lighting crew for The SpongeBob Musical. He has worked as a set constructor for The Play That Goes Wrong and is excited to be trying a new aspect of technical theater. Gene loves to draw and try new creative mediums in his free time. He hopes you enjoy all of the work every crew put into this project!

Benjamin KoeslingBen Koesling is a Junior at SDA and on set construction. He recently was in Into the Woods for Ovation Theater where he played Cinderella's Father. This will be his 3rd production at SDA. For fun, he likes to participate in musicals for various different production companies. He wants to thank his parents for always supporting what he does.

Domnik KoeslingDominik is very excited to be part of the set construction crew for this year's production of SpongeBob. This is his first time being a part of tech theater. In their free time, he likes to read books and play video games. He is very thankful to be surrounded by such a talented class of students.

Costume Manager
Sadie KuzmaSadie Kuzma is the costume designer for the spongebob musical. She worked on both Pippin and Oh Ollie last year, she is also on the SDA soccer team and enjoys spending time with her friends. She really hopes you enjoy the costumes and everything else in the show!

Hair and Makeup Designer
Conan LeeConan feels extremely thankful to be the hair and makeup designer in their debut musical production at SDA. They've had a lot of fun collaborating and making friends with their theater tech classmates. Outside of school, Conan enjoys playing dress-up, making wearables, collecting dinosaurs, spending time with friends, and playing with their brothers. Now go treat your eyes and ears and enjoy the show!

Stage Manager
Izze LewisIzze Lewis is thrilled to be Stage Manager for 'The SpongeBob Musical’! Most recently, they worked on 'The Play That Goes Wrong' and ‘Lost Girl’, as well as numerous shows from the 2021-2022 season. During the production, Izze plays an important role in keeping the show on track. This entails, calling cues, as well as helping all of the technical teams be successful. In the rare events that Izze is not in the theater, they enjoy night drives and hanging out with their dog!

Ash LingenfelterAsh Lingenfelter (Junior) is working on the publicity crew for The SpongeBob Musical. This is her third production for SDA, also working on Pippin and Oh, Ollie! She enjoys spending her free time with their friends and playing games. She hopes you have fun, and enjoy the show!

Assistant Stage Manager
Bryn McCarrenBryn McCarren Is very excited to be a part of this show as part of the transition from her (somewhat unremarkable) acting career at SDA, into theatre tech! She will be assistant stage managing this production of Spongebob and could not be happier about it. He is a Junior at SDA who loves theatre robotics and cooking! Big thanks to everyone who made this show possible, and to AP European History for being full so I could pick up this class instead!

Lighting Designer
Ava MurrayAva Welcher is so excited to play Perch Perkins! She has been previously seen as B in 'Lost Girl,' an acrobat in 'Pippin', a student director in 'Clue: On Stage,' and numerous other acting and technical roles! She feels right at home playing a newscaster, since she directs the SDA News, but in Spongebob, she lives on stage instead of behind the camera! Ava is also a Thespian Officer and an ASB Junior Director. Ava wants to thank her family and friends for their unconditional love and support. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Publicity Crew
Spencer Noell Spencer Noell (Senior) is super excited for you to see the musical! This is their fifth production. He has worked in the theatre since his freshman year at SDA. He's been props manager for Pippin and Oh Ollie! as well as working as a painter for Play That Goes Wrong. He is Publicity Crew for this production and was publicity for Pajama Game (may its cursed by covid soul rest in peace). In his free time, he loves to draw and read, ranting about dinosaurs and what they should look like, as well as spending time with their partner and friends. They hope you enjoy the show!

Emily ObispoEmily Obispo (freshmen) Is on the paint crew for the SpongeBob musical. This is her first production at SDA and is happy to be apart of it! In her free time she enjoys art, reading and hanging out with friends. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Lead Carpenter
Danny PadillaDanny is a senior at San Dieguito Academy. He first joined tech theater with his brother and his friend. He is very friendly and nice to work with. He looks forward to leading the set construction team in the SpongeBob musical and having a great semester in tech.

Set Contruction
Caroline PaiCaroline is a freshman at San Dieguito Academy. She joined Tech Theatre because she wanted to have a fun and chill class where you can hang out with friends while learning about the art of theatre. Caroline is usually with the construction crew but also helps the painters when needed. She loves the class and is looking forward to the next shows!

Light Crew
Kieran PeacockKieran Peacock (Junior) is excited to be Lighting Crew in this production of The Spongebob Musical! This is his fourth production at SDA. His past shows include, The Play That Goes Wrong, Pippin, and Oh,Ollie! In his free time, Kieran enjoys playing D&D and taking brisk jogs on the ocean. He is so thankful for the opportunity to crew the lights and he hopes you enjoy the show!

Lizzy PerryLizzy is very excited to work on the props for the SpongeBob Musical! This is her first production at SDA. In her free time Lizzy loves to read, volunteer, and play tennis. She hopes you love the show!

Sound Designer
Maya PlunterMaya Plutner (sophomore) is the Sound Designer for the SDA production of "The Spongebob Musical". When she is not working hard on the sound board and programming sound cues, you can find her listening to alternative music or trying to teach her cat a new trick. Maya is so excited to be working a the sound designer for this current musical as she has been a part of many other previous SDA productions. Throughout her time working as a sound designer she has had to overcome many challenges that she faced during the production. Overall, she hopes that you enjoy the show!

In her free time, Mia likes writing poetry, coin collecting, and spending time with her pets. They are so thankful for the opportunity to be a part of a musical and she hopes you enjoy the show!

Chloe RocheChloe Roche is glad to be working with the hair and makeup crew! This is her first production at SDA. She is excited to create fun makeup looks for the cast! In her free time, she loves making art. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Painting Crew
Natalie UrisNatalie Uris (freshman) is very excited to be painting for The Spongebob Musical! this is her first time helping in a production from SDA, and is really happy to be a part of the experience. Natalie likes to hangout with friends and family in her free time and loves to watch movies and musicals. She is thrilled to watch and help with the production and hopes you all enjoy!

Light Crew
Liam WalshLiam Walsh (junior) can not wait to be a part of the lighting crew for the Spongebob Musical. This will be his first time being in an SDA production and most likely won't be his last. In his free time, Liam loves hanging out with friends during or outside of school and enjoys sculpting or just doing art in general whenever he can. He is especially grateful to be able to be a part of the lighting crew and he hopes you enjoy the performance!
