Director (Libra)
Alex Jamison Ferlazzo
has been dreaming up this show since performing in RST’s last Valentine’s Day revue “Aspects of Love”, directed by Mary Ellen Pierce. After years of adding Broadway love songs to an expansive Spotify playlist, this show was finally made into a reality. A huge thank you to the creative team for helping this first time director find her footing and to this unbelievable cast who brought so much creativity, openness and love into the process! Thanks, also, to the board of RST for this opportunity and for the encouragement. Love to everyone here today and everyone I’ve ever met!

Production Coordinator (Gemini)
Alison Kurtzman
is happy to be producing such a fun show all about love in all its facets. Alison also serves on RST's board as Communications and Marketing Director and has been involved with many shows across Queens, including You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown, She Loves Me, Spamalot, Noises Off!, and Newsies. When not at rehearsal, Alison works as a Communications Manager for Kaplan and spends time with her very opinionated roommate...who also just happens to be a cat. Congratulations to the cast and crew on a great show!

Producer (Leo)
Royal Star Theatre
has been at Immaculate Conception Church since 2015 when a small group of producers, teachers, directors, and choreographers brought a proposal to the Pastor to start a Theatre Group. The idea was to provide quality theatrical experiences to all people regardless of age, religion, gender, race, culture or financial status. This includes stage performers, production staff and our audience and do this while being financially rewarding to the parish. Since then, RST has performed 9 major musical productions, a Christmas show, a Disney Revue, a Children’s play, Talent shows, several online Showcases and fundraisers, and now our second Valentine's Day revue. Even during the height of Covid, RST produced an online show compromising of 4 comedy skits using actors and puppets. Since 2015, RST has brought in almost $19,000 to the parish. We want to thank our neighbors, The Mary Louis Academy, for allowing RST to rehearse at their school. We hope that the community continues to support our endeavors working with ICC, so we may nurture the talents of the young and adults and bring quality entertainment to the community at reasonable prices.
