Reggie AllisonNunsense marks Reggie Allison’s third show he has directed for Roundtown Players, his first being Puffs! which he co-directed two years ago and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels last year. He has participated in three other shows for RTP as an actor, and is Vice President of the Roundtown Players board. He was involved in theater in high school and college as well. He loves being a part of such a great group as RTP, and considers them to be one big extended family. It has been his sincere pleasure working with the cast and crew for this show. He made most of his “thank you’s” in the director’s note at the beginning of the program, but he especially feels the need to once again thank his loving wife Kelsi for all her support and help with this show and literally everything else! He sincerely hopes you enjoy the show – tell your family and friends to come check it out!

Scout LytleScout Lytle is excited to make her directorial debut with Nunsense! She is seventeen years old and
enjoys watching old movies and hiking with her dog. She has been in A Christmas Carol, Arsenic and Old Lace, Clue, and James and the Giant Peach at Logan Elm High School. She has also been in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and most recently played Elizabeth Bennet in Pride & Prejudice with Roundtown Players. She hopes everyone gets a good laugh from the show; our cast and crew have put in a lot of work to make this a success!
Music Director/Father Patrick
Keith Carroll IIKeith Carroll II has been involved with Roundtown Players ever since he was young, in various youth productions. As a result, his love for the stage is no surprise. Keith was featured in The Foreigner as Ellard, Aida, Mereb, Guys and Dolls, Mr. Darcy in Pride & Prejudice, Freddie Benson in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and many other shows. He graduated from OCU with a BA in Music.

Maddy McCainMaddy has lost track of how many shows she’s been involved in at Roundtown Players, in a variety of roles ranging from on stage to assistant directing. However, her favorite place will always be her home away from home — the tech booth.

Kat StanleyKat Stanley is a third year student at the University of South Florida studying criminology and political science. She is so excited to be choreographing her second Roundtown show! Kat has danced all her life and is currently a member of the Golden Bulls Dance Club at her school.

Emily AllenEmily has been dancing since she was three years old and brought that passion to Roundtown in musicals: Meet Me in St. Louis, Footloose, All Shook Up, and Guys and Dolls. Most recently she was in RTP productions of Pride & Prejudice and The Laramie Project during the 2023-2024 season. She loves sharing her passion for dance with others and hopes to continue sharing that love at RTP.

Isaiah SerraIsaiah is a rising sophomore at Miami University. This is their fourth production with Roundtown Players, having been involved in A Few Good Men, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and The Laramie Project. They are very happy to work with such a wonderful cast and crew.

Thursday O'PhelanThursday is a rising senior at Logan Elm High School. They have played as Mr. Boddy in Clue, Bob Cratchit in A Christmas Carol, and James in James and the Giant Peach among others roles. Furthermore, they have recently worked with Roundtown Players as the costume director for The Laramie Project. They are excited to be working with the cast of Nunsense.

Alysha ScottNunsense marks Alysha’s first show being a part of Roudntown Players! Alysha is a sophomore at Circleville High School. She plays softball, is on the bowling team, and she throws in track and field for CHS. She is involved in 4-H for the Ross County Fair, taking projects and showing rabbits. In her free time she enjoys painting and baking.
Costume Designer & Seamstress
Ka FeolaKa's first production with RTP was back in 1977 in Guy and Dolls. She then married, moved out of town, and was active with Brooke Hills Players and the Wheeling Community Theatre in West Virginia. She has been back at RTP for a few years now, and has enjoyed participating in several productions over the last 6 seasons, including Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, A Few Good Men, You Can't Take It With You, All The Kings Men, Anne of Green Gables and others. She enjoys the stage but also enjoys helping with the costumes to bring the characters to life.

Louie FeolaLouie is retired and became involved with RTP when his wife Ka volunteered him to help with some set construction several seasons ago. Now he helps with set build whenever he is asked. In his spare time he babysits his granddaughter.

Christopher BowenChristopher has enjoyed working in theater, film, TV, and commercials, taking on unique roles. He has been in a number of shows for Roundtown Players the past few years, including Puffs, You Can’t Take it With You, and Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Additionally he directed A Few Good Men for RTP two years ago. He is also the president of the Roundtown Players Board, and as such is involved in pretty much every show in some way or another! Working full-time in Marketing and Public Relations, he resides in Circleville, Ohio, and spends his spare time playing retro video games and golfing.
Original Creative Team
Dan Goggin, a writer and director, came to New York from Alma, Michigan to study as a classical countertenor. He began his professional career singing in the Broadway production of Luther, starring Albert Finney. While appearing in a comic folk-duo called “The Saxons,” he began writing. This led to scores for the off-Broadway musical Hark! (in which he also appeared), the Broadway production of Legend, and two revues.
Mr. Goggin received the 1986 Outer Critics’ Circle Awards given to Nunsense for Best Musical, Best Book, and Best Music. His “nunless” musical Balancing Act has toured the U.S. and played in London and Australia. Nunsense and Nunsense 2: The Second Coming, both starring Rue McClanahan, have been recorded for the A&E Television Network. Nunsense 3: The Jamboree toured the U.S. starring Georgia Engel and has been recorded for television at the Grand Ole Opry starring Vicki Lawrence. Nunsense A-Men! opened at the 47th Street Theatre in New York in June 1998 and has since been produced with Laugh-In’s Arte Johnson, impressionist Frank Gorshin, and Olympic Champion Greg Louganis. Nuncrackers: The Nunsense Christmas Musical premiered in October 1998, followed by a national tour starring Dody Goodman, Jeff Trachta and Dawn Wells.
The Nuncrackers television special played on the PBS network, starring Rue McClanahan with guest star John Ritter, and received an Emmy nomination for Best Musical Score. Mr. Goggin’s Meshuggah-Nuns: The Ecumenical Nunsense premiered in September 2002 and is currently available on DVD. The all-star touring production of Nunsense starring Kaye Ballard, Georgia Engel, Mimi Hines, Darlene Love, and Lee Meriwether marked the 20th anniversary of the original show. In 2004 Mr. Goggin’s “serious piece,” The Traditional Latin Mass, was recorded by cast members and friends. 2005 marked the premiere of Nunsensations: The Nunsense Vegas Revue and in 2008, the 25th Anniversary tour starred Sally Struthers. Sister Robert Anne’s Cabaret Class (a one-nun musical) and Nunset Boulevard: The Nunsense Hollywood Bowl Show premiered in 2012.
