Refund/Exchange Policy
General Admission tickets may not be exchanged for Video-On-Demand tickets, however, you may request a refund for a General Admission ticket up until 11:00 am on the day of the show. Refunds will not include any ticketing fees. For refunds and exchanges, please call 585-820-7017 or email [email protected]. Video-On-Demand tickets may be purchased separately.
Late Policy
If purchasing a General Admission ticket, for the benefit of our readers and staff, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime. Late arrivals will be seated between performances.
THE VENUE REQUIRES ALL ATTENDEES BE VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19 AND REQUIRES PROOF OF VACCINATION. If you are not fully vaccinated, we ask that you purchase a Video-On-Demand ticket instead. Please also note: The performance space is on the second floor and is only available by stairs.
