Just So, Mr. Kipling Cast

Stephen Lim - Senior (Rudyard Kipling)
Steve is the only senior in our cast and also the title character which is a great way to end his acting career here at RCCS. Steve's roles have included the Tin Man in both productions of "The Wizard of Oz" and James Shin Hoo in "The Westing Game". When he is not rehearsing lines for theater, he spends his free time playing the piano or the accordion. We wish you all the best, Steve, in your future endeavors. We will miss you!
Tucker Ament - Junior (John Kipling/Older Mowgli)
Tucker is a very familiar name around RCCS Theater. He has the distinction of having acted in every RCCS production since he was in 5th grade! His credits include: "Frog and Toad", "Winter's Tale", "Scrooge", both productions of "The Wizard of Oz", and "The Westing Game". When he is not acting, Tucker is involved in SGA, Yearbook, Soccer, and Basketball.
James Biondo - Junior (Lord Roberts/ Baloo)
Even before coming to RCCS in 6th grade, James had been in several theater productions. Once here, he has been in every production's cast including "Scrooge", both productions of "The Wizard of Oz" and as the beloved Otis Amber in "The Westing Game".
Kelly Crawford - Junior (Jharna/ Ijana/ Tabaqui)
Although Kelly is new to RCCS and the RCCS stage, she has been involved in theater since she was 12 years old. We are so glad that she decided to spend some of her junior year in our cast.
Lela Tchoundjo - Sophomore (Messua/Kaa)
Lela is returning to the RCCS stage for the first time since the 2020 production of "The Wizard of Oz". In her 10th grade year, Lela loves cooking, sciences, and acting.
Kaleah Brown - Freshman (Zahira)
Kaleah is an aspiring actress and loves acting. She was several roles in the RCCS production of "The Wizard of Oz" and the indomitable Turtle in "The Westing Game".
Carlie Emerson - Freshman (Carrie Kipling/Mother Wolf)
Carlie is an aspiring actress with a busy schedule full of school work, theater, choir, yearbook, art club, sewing class, and many sports both inside and out of school, Her past productions include: "The Westing Game", "Godspell", "The Wizard of Oz". and many church productions. She looks forward to many more theatrical adventures.
August Williams - Freshman (Frank Doubleday/ Bagheera)
August is a seasoned actor at RCCS having performed in both productions of "The Wizard of Oz" and "The Westing Game". He loves acting and puts his all into it. In addition to theater, August also enjoys Tech Crew and plays soccer for RCCS.
Tait Fisher - Freshman (Dr. Lawrence/ Akela/ Buldeo)
Tait is no stranger to the stage as he has performed for many years with the Maryland Boy's Choir as well as having had key roles in both RCCS productions of "The Wizard of Oz" and "The Westing Game". Tait is very involved in SGA at Redeemer and plays on the soccer team.
Michael Parker - Freshman (Shere Khan)
Michael is making his theatrical debut to the stage in this production. He says that he has always appreciated Redeemer's theater productions and served on the tech crew last year for The Westing Game.
Christopher Ethan Kerin - 8th Grade (Zev the Young Wolf)
This is Ethan's debut performance with RCCS Theater. He owns that he has little experience acting on a stage, but says that he is quite a character in real life.
Vera Gilmore - 7th Grade (Priyam)
Vera comes to the RCCS Theater program with a wealth of experience. She has played speaking roles in "Aladdin", "Little Mermaid" (her favorite), "Beauty and the Beast", and "Annie". She was a munchkin in the 2021 RCCS production of "The Wizard of Oz". She loves theater!
Sarah Hartsock - 7th Grade (Vineeta/ Kumara)
This is Sarah's debut in the RCCS Theater. She is excited to be a part of such a large cast and have two very different characters to play.
Bella Kerin - 7th Grade (Hem)
Bella returns to the RCCS stage this year after taking a break last year. She was a munchkin in "The Wizard of Oz". She loves to see all of the work and determination that goes into these productions.
Abram John - 4th Grade (Young Mowgli)
In his first production, Abram has taken to the stage like a duck to water - or I should say, a man cub to the jungle.
