Once on This Island Cast

Ainsley Eckroth (Ti Moune) is an eighth grader performing in her first musical. In Once on This Island, Ainsley stars as Ti Moune. Outside of the musical, Ainsley plays the Baritone and Tuba in Jr. Band and is a part of Jr. Chorus along with Honors Choir while also horseback riding. She plans to continue her passion for performing vocally and instrumentally in the professional field. Ainsley would like to thank everyone involved in making this production happen, especially the directors, along with her friends and family for always supporting her. She especially wants to thank you for attending the show and she hopes you enjoy the performance as much as she does!

Jace Traugh (Daniel) is a freshman performing in his first musical. In Once on This Island, Jace stars as Daniel and has absolutely loved every second of it. Jace has been involved with the student council for the past three years, in which he enjoys making a difference and keeping Millville fun. He is also the president of the National Junior Honor Society and is part of the Sr High chorus and Honors Choir. He plans to continue his passion for music in the professional field, as a vocal performer. He would like to thank his friends, family, and most of all directors for all the help and support. Jace would like to thank you for attending the show and he hopes that you enjoy this musical as much as he has.

Sierra Barton (Mama Euralie) is a 10th grader performing in her 1st musical. This is her first musical and she is very excited to perform alongside the rest of the cast. In Once on This Island, Sierra stars as Mama Euralie, a sweet old woman with a big heart. Outside of the musical, Sierra is involved in soccer, horse-back riding, Paranormal exploration, FFA / AG and Sr. High Chorus. After high school, Sierra plans on enrolling into Bucknell University in law or business. Sierra would like to thank her directors and chorus teacher for all they have taught her! She hopes you enjoy the show!

Sam Faus (Tonton Julian) is an alumnus of Millville and this is his 4th musical. In times past, he's performed in Millville's productions of Little Women, Annie, and The Adams Family. In this production of Once on This Island, he plays the role of Tonton Julian. In a recent interview, he made the statement; "They pulled me out of retirement for this, I was just fine selling computers." Along with his work in the I.T. industry, he is also a member of other musical groups, including Raven Creek, Fiddlin Blues, The Catawissa Military Band, and The Jubilate Choir. He will most likely go back to what he did previously after the conclusion of this production. Sam would like to thank you for attending today’s performance and hope you enjoy Once on This Island.

Paige Fisk (Papa Ge) is a Senior in her 3rd musical. She was last seen in Little Women. In Once on This Island, Paige plays Papa Ge, the Sly Demon of DEATH. Paige is the president of her class, a past vice president of the student council, the girls' basketball manager, and the yearbook Co-Editor in Chief. She is also a part of SADD, NHS, Chorus, and prom committee. Paige aspires to major in philosophy and minor in sociology while participating in a Pre-Law program. Her ultimate goal is to become a lawyer specializing in Civil Rights and Human Rights, advocating for victims. Paige would like to thank you for attending the show and hopes you enjoy the story of Ti' Moune!

Miah Pope-Hughes (Ezrulie) is a freshman performing in her second musical. She was last seen playing Amy in Little Women. In Once on This Island, Miah stars as the goddess of love, Erzulie. Miah has been involved with the Student Council for 3 years and enjoys making a difference. She is also involved with SADD. She does cheerleading and has been involved with soccer since she was 9. She is involved with the Senior high chorus. Miah would like to continue with music by going to the Royal Academy of Music when she graduates high school. Miah would like to thank everyone who has helped her to get this far in her life. She could not have done it without their help!

Ayla Boyunegmez is a 9th grader performing in her 3rd musical. She was seen performing in Matilda with the Caldwell Consistory as Hortensia and Little Women as Beth. In Once on This Island, Ayla stars as Asaka, Mother of the Earth. Ayla has been involved with chorus, NJHS, soccer, basketball, and SADD. Ayla would like to thank you for attending the show and she hopes you enjoy the performance!

Caleb Laubach (Agwe) is an 8th grader performing in his first musical. In Once On This Island, Caleb plays Agwe, the god of water. He is funny, careless, and athletic. Caleb was born in Africa, but was later adopted and raised by his family here in Millville. He wanted to do this musical because he used to sing when he was in 6th grade and wanted to try to sing once more. Caleb also plays sports like football, basketball, and Baseball, with his hobbies including gaming, cooking, and working out.

Ella Shultz (Andrea) is a ninth grader performing in her second musical. She was last seen in Little Women as a crew member. In Once on This Island, Ella stars as Andrea Deveraux. Ella has been involved with the High school’s band and choir for the past 3 years, FFA, 4-H, and ballet for 9 years at NCB. Ella would like to thank you for attending the show and she hopes you enjoy the performance!

Grant Wolfe is an 8th grader performing in his first musical. In Once on This Island, Grant stars as Armand. Grant has been involved with dance, boy scouts, wrestling, baseball, and choir. Grant would like to thank you for coming to see this fabulous show!!

Caity Ludwig (Ensemble) is a Sophomore performing in her first musical. In Once on This Island, Caity stars as a peasant in the ensemble. Caity has been involved with Soccer, Softball, Student Council, FBLA, and yearbook. Caity would like to thank you for attending the show and she hopes you enjoy the performance!

Cailtin Triassi is a 5th grader performing in her first musical. In Once on This Island, Caitlin stars as Little Ti Moune and Little Girl. Caitlin has been involved with Acro-dance at Dance works by Amber and soccer. Caitlin would like to thank you for attending the show and she hopes you enjoy the performance!

Ayla Manning (Narrator/Ensemble) is a junior performing in her second musical. She was last seen in Little Women where she played Marmee. In Once on this Island, Ayla stars as the narrator. Ayla has been involved with National Honors Society, French Honors Society, Student Council, Youth in Philanthropy, Prom Committee, Bloomsburg university’s Early College Classes Program as well as being Captain on the Cheer team. Ayla would like to thank you for attending the show and she hopes you enjoy the performance!

Emily Hays (Ensemble) is an eighth grader performing in her first musical. In Once on This Island, Emily stars as a member of the ensemble. Emily has been involved with Junior High Student Council, Junior High Band and Choir, and Junior High field hockey.
