To be...or NOT to be! THAT is the question! In this week-long camp, your child will explore all things Shakespeare- from iambic pentameter and Shakespearean characters to the performance of his work! This camp is for all levels of experience that have an interest in learning what it takes to be a Shakespearean actor!

The Mauldin Cultural Center has always been a welcoming space for the performing arts. In 2017, the facility became home to the newly established Mauldin Youth Theatre as they produced their inaugural play, Disney’s The Lion King, JR. Now, all theatre productions are under the Mauldin Theatre Company, with our performing arts schedule expanding to include more youth theatre, outdoor Shakespeare, musical revues, summer camps and a community theatre for both adult and youth actors!
