Sonnets for Spring Showcase Cast

My name is Ayden Allen, I am performing Sonnet 130 and 147. I have done only 2 shows before, The Spoon river showcase, and Cupid and Psyche. I am in deep love with theater, and hope to keep doing it for the rest of my life.

Just a 14-year-old Latina who'd do anything to steal the spotlight and have fun on stage with her fellow theater kids. I've only done one show before this, a Spoon River Anthology Showcase! I've enjoyed playing pretend and creating stories since I was in elementary school, even been in a Theatre Club after school in 3rd grade. And the second I entered middle school I choose Theatre as my elective and (hopefully!) as my future career. But who says my acting career can't start now? This over-energized-child-minded 8th grader will be performing Sonnet #89 and Sonnet #121 for this year's Theatre Showcase! Just for a moment, get lost in the magic of theatre with me and wish me good luck on my road to becoming a successful actress! I will, eventually, Write my Name in the Stars...or die happy trying :D

Jessica Camacho. Age 13, Born in Denton, Texas, Divorced Parents, And so on. Things were hard as a kid, switching houses every weekend. It wasn’t easy, but when I was little I would always love watching Movies. Not just because of entertainment, but because of the story that’s being told, because of the effects. Most of all, the art in Cartoons. That’s actually the reason I fell in love with Theatre. The drama, the story, the costumes, and best of all, the Character! I had a wild imagination growing up, so in my head I thought theatre wouldn’t be so hard. I remember taking Theatre club almost everyday after school in elementary.Middle school started and my love for Theatre came back. When seventh grade arrived, I loved the shows I helped and performed in. The actors were tough and the managers were a little strict, but it was something I had to deal with if I wanted to stay in Theatre.

I like theatre so much it just made me gain so many friendships and I just love theater so much I just feel its a way to express yourself and I really love theater i got into it and just fell in love and i feel like it’s just something pepole can connect to when there feeling lonely or sad theater is just a safe place.

This is my first semester in a theater class so that means I got the least amount of experience acting compared to the other students and yet I put in enough effort and work to get me to a place where I can enjoy this experience.

I am assistant of stage manager and crew, I really enjoy theater because something about theater Like being and knowing you are a part of this project or show that you helped set up a very important event in a school. Also i like theater because the people here and all of the crew that help eachother in the theater very nice people thqt make me feel welcome in this school. The reason i entered theater is because it really interested me in working in a production. I don't really like being in front of a crowd but behind or on the sides i am comfortable so since there was a spot open and i wanted to try it. Some things about me I like doing sports like soccer and playing guitar is also a good hobby I also play video games, And I am also into computers coding and some things like that working with electronics.

The one and only I am 14 in the 8th grade and this is my bio. Imma first start out with my hobbies. They are football, diving/swimming, and sometimes I will do random things to cure my boredom (I am easily entertained).The things I like about theatre are that I can get into a different character and the’re are a lot of fun activities in theatre as well. Hi, my name is Hannah Tyler I am in 8th grade! I have been the crew for "Cupid and Psyche" I have also been in The Refugee women and now I am doing sonnet 116!

im 14 and im from Dallas TX. My favorite Movie was Breakfast Club and my favorite Tv series was and still is Rick & Morty. I´ve always wondered what happens behind the scenes and how each visual effect was created. So in fourth grade was when I started Theatre. In theatre, putting emotions into words isn't easy, but there was a spark inside me that absolutely loved theatre itself. Being a part of the actors crew made me feel dependent on others and it was so much fun.
