About Noises Off

Noises Off by Michael Frayn

Directed by Rodney Farrington

"Noises Off" is a play within a play and the most requested comedic show by our patrons. The farce captures a cast putting together a show and gives the audience a chance to see the inner workings of theatre behind the scenes in which lovers frolic, doors slam, and embarrassing hi-jinks ensue.

Where: Normal Hill Campus (Old LHS Auditorium) 1114 9th Ave, Lewiston

Rated PG-13 * For Adult language and Innuendo. This production would not be suitable to our younger patrons.

Lewiston Civic Theatre

The Lewiston Civic Theatre has been a constant presence in the Lewis-Clark Valley
for over 60 years. While the theatre is based in Lewiston, Idaho, the community
served is far reaching. Our volunteers come to us from both Washington State
and Idaho. Our audiences are drawn from throughout the North Central Idaho
region and individual patrons travel great distances to attend our productions.

The importance of live theatre for a community cannot be overstated. The
Lewiston Civic Theatre is thrilled to be able to provide opportunities for local
actors and volunteers through our productions, classes, and workshops. We are
eager to keep live theatre strong and build an appreciation and engagement in
the theatre arts.
