The Indian Cultural Association of Minnesota is excited to bring you the Virtual Edition of the Diwali Cultural Event, which was celebrated in person after a two-year hiatus on Saturday, November 19th, 2022, in Rochester, MN.  It was truly a beautiful evening with so much diversity in the performances, and the entire audience was mesmerized and humbled to witness such versatile talent in our Rochester community.
