HR 8th Grade Spring Production CAST

Reese Painter is playing the role of “Captain Bones”. Her past acting experience includes on set work in short films, commercials, and movies. She has also attended several classes and workshops. Her theatrical experience includes being an Orphan in Annie Jr., Core in Dear Edwina, and Ursula in the Little Mermaid. In her free time, she enjoys dance, horseback riding, voice, and piano. Reese would like to dedicate her performance to her family for their constant love and support as well as Hallie Ricardo for her positivity and faith in her.

Audrey Scheck is playing the role of Jaime in 13 Signs You Should Stop Being A Pirate. She has lots of theatrical experience. Last year, she was a dancer and the Student Director of Singing in the Rain, and a dancer in Alice in Wonderland. She has performed with OBCT in many summer camp productions, including Beauty and the Beast, where she was a narrator, and The Sound of Music, as a nun. Her most recent production was with RYT in December for their production of Annie, where she played Grace Farrell. She is also currently preparing for RYT’s production of Matilda, where she performs in the ensemble. In her spare time, Audrey enjoys singing, acting, and all kinds of performing. Her past theatrical experience includes “dancer and school child” in Singing in the Rain, “a flower” in Alice in Wonderland, “Shepherd” in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant, In Her spare time, Cristina enjoys playing soccer and listening to music. Lily Tolusso is playing the role of Pirate #3 (Lady Tide). Evie Louis is playing the role of Sammy Seas. Joe Yensel is playing the role of Jack Sparrow. His past theatrical experience includes roles in Singing in the Rain, Alice in Wonderland, and the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing sports. Joe would like to dedicate his performance to his friends.

Sasha McGrath is playing the role of Easy-Bake Oven. Her past theatrical experience includes chorus for Singing in the Rain, a fish in Alice in Wonderland, she was not in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant, she also went to one theatrical camp when she was ten. In her spare time, she writes inspirational poetry and helps solve world hunger. She enjoys long walks on the beach and teenage indie movies. Sasha would like to dedicate her performance to Pickle Rick and Allie Maldonado.

Allie Maldonado is playing the role of Pirate 10. Her past theatrical experience includes chorus in Singing in the Rain, sea creature in Alice in Wonderland, “Villager in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant, In her spare time, Allie enjoys art and music. Kendall is playing the role of “Scagly Wagly”. She is also the stage manager of the production. Her past experience is being part of the chorus in Singing in the Rain, a jellyfish in Alice and Wonderland, and a shepherd in her 3rd Grade Nativity Pageant. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and hanging out with friends. She would like to dedicate this performance to her parents who have supported her at this school for the past nine years. In his spare time, Cameron enjoys playing sports such as baseball or basketball and hanging out with his friends. Cameron would like to dedicate his performance to his two kindergarten buddies, Jack and Jaisen.

Charlotte is playing the role of “Neima”. Her past theatrical experience includes “dancer” in Alice in Wonderland, “ensemble” in Singing in the Rain, her debut role of “villager” in the third-grade Nativity Pageant, and various CYT shows such as Matilda, Shrek, and Godspell. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys singing, drawing, playing tennis, and does in fact like to observe animals outside her window. Charlotte would like to dedicate her performance to her parents and all of her classmates for keeping sane during Covid. Always remember to wear a mask and enjoy the show!

Colin Hill is playing the role of “Co-host”. His past theatrical experience includes chorus in Singing in the Rain, a background dancer and singer in Alice in Wonderland, “Shepherd” in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant, a part of the kindergarten play. In his spare time, Colin enjoys playing golf. Colin Hill would like to dedicate his performance to his brother,Declan.

Colin Lengyel is playing the role of “Andrew”. His previous theatrical experience includes a “Raincoat man” in Singing in the Rain, a “shark”, in Alice in Wonderland, and “wiseman” in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant, Colin also has anchor and reporting experience in the Holy Redeemer News Team. In his spare time, Colin enjoys roller coasters. Colin Lengyel would like to dedicate his performance to the David Jimenez.

Colleen Dooling is playing the role of “Rachel”. Her past theatrical experience includes chorus in Singing in the Rain, dancer in Alice in Wonderland, and “Mary” in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant. David Jimenez is playing the role of “Torrance”. His past theatrical experience includes dancer in Singing in the Rain, a dancer in Alice in Wonderland, “Herod” in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant, and a munchkin in the BT production of The Wizard of Oz. In his spare time, David enjoys playing video games with his brother. David would like to dedicate his performance to his siblings.

Isabella is playing the role of “Sahra”. Her past theatrical experience includes being part of the chorus in Singing in the Rain, part of the chorus in Alice in Wonderland, Angel in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant, and part of the chorus in Camp Rock for CYT. In her spare time, Isabella enjoys Tai Chi, eating, and watching Netflix. Isabella would like to dedicate her performance to her family, especially her dog, Oscar for his endless and unconditional support.

Her past theatrical experiences include chorus and dancing in Singing in the Rain, a dancer in Alice in Wonderland, a shepherd in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant, and had a solo in Footnotes’ production of The Seussical. In her spare time, she enjoys drawing, playing volleyball, and traveling. Isabela would like to dedicate her performance to all her family members.

Jack Gilkey is playing the role of Jamal. His past theatrical experience includes “a man walking in the rain” in Singing in the Rain, “a bush” in Alice in Wonderland, “a religious leader” in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant, and parts in small HR primary pod productions. In his/her spare time, Jack enjoys playing sports, talking to friends, and playing video games. Jack would like to dedicate his performance to his grandparents.

Her past theatrical experience includes props manager in the last school’s production and a dancer in Alice in Wonderland and was an angel that you probably saw goofing off in the back in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant. She enjoys art, math class (it’s more fun that it sounds), and playing sports with her friends. She hopes you enjoy 10 Ways to Survive Life in Quarantine as much as she did!

Mary McLean is playing the role of Josie. Her past theatrical experience includes dancing and singing in Alice in Wonderland, as well as being part of the chorus in Singing in the Rain, and having a role of an angel in the 3rd grade Nativity Pageant. She also has danced for twelve years; eight of those twelve years participating in a competition dance company. In her spare time, Mary enjoys spending time with family and friends, making jewelry, and going to the gym. Mary would like to dedicate her performance to all of the faculty and teachers at Holy Redeemer for making her time at HR so memorable.
